Boy, that's a tough one. I guess I'll go for Alain Prost's helmet from 1993. Mostly because it has Sonic the Hedgehog on it. I was a big fan of those games back then.

Re: Favourite Helmet Design
HWNSNBM's helmet is one of my favourites.
By the way - this photo was taken on March 23, 2011 - Zsolti is still in the business... sort of
I also like Milka Duno's design - it's simple and I love it

I always liked the simpleness of Amon's helmet.

Two favourites. A third one is Heidfeld's Williams-helmet, I couldn't find a good picture of it.

If guessing, it's a more difficult one. It's beautiful and a bit similar to HWNSNBM's helmet - sorry for the quality, though.

Stephane Sarrazin?
Well, I mainly like simple helmet designs and I also hate that some drivers change their helmet too often

Sarrazin's it is.
I think that both simple and more creative designs can look great. I completely with you in the case of changing the design, though.

I have nothing against him as a driver, but don't like him changing helmet.
Re: Favourite Helmet Design
Another fav:
Kovvie's helmet in 2009. Now could he have kept that sans the sponsorship when he came into Lotus??

I am deeply sorry for my un-originality, but this is truly my favorite helmet design, simple and recognizable.

Simplicity and a design that hasn't changed in 50 years, still being used by their grandson and son now.

Re: Favourite Helmet Design
I couldn't find a good picture of it, but I really liked Robby Gordon's old helmet when he was in CART...
...and Katherine Legge's...
...and Danica Patrick's...
I'm also rather fond of yellow driver helmets, and use a very simple yellow and black stripe pattern on my NR2003 and rFactor cars. It has more to do with my obsession for the color combination of yellow and black than any idolization for Senna.

I do love Helio Castroneves' helmet...
I also really liked the helmets of the two Minardi drivers from 2005 Albers and Friesacher.

Re: Favourite Helmet Design
I always thought that Olivier Grouillard's helmet design summed up his on-track character perfectly.
Quite what Ken Tyrrell was thinking when he partnered Grouillard with De Cesaris for 1992 I don't know... wouldn't have wanted an insurance quote for the cars that year!

I would have gone for EVDP to partner him in 1992.

No, that's Elio De Angelis. The only other driver I'm aware of that used this same style of helmet is Jean Alesi.
