Well, Renault reckon that they should be ahead of Mercedes this weekend, they have a number of upgrades, and reckon they might even do better here then in Monaco, so you may not be too far off.

Bear in mind, however, that whilst Renault have brought quite a few updates this weekend, and look in good shape, there is always the element of dice-throwing that comes with the high attrition rate, and the good chance of a safety car to shuffle the order up.

I play relatively safe with my predictions though. At least one driver out of Red Bull, McLaren, Merc and Ferrari will screw up and open the door to Kubica getting a high points finish (and someone totally unexpected collecting a 10th), but it's hard to predict who.

I'm basically going all in for this. Praying for a cataclysmic torrential downpour mid-race which elimenates pretty much everyone through a serious of collisions and crashes into the Wall of Champions - plenty of Safety Cars and mechanical failures too. It's probably the craziest guess ever but you can always hope :D
