Unfortunately not; we presently only have the one readily available package at the moment.

This indicates then you are planning to rent out the old spec cars, rather than 1957 spec ones. I will take 2x chassis and 1x engine, and attempt to get the other engine required to make a set from Lotus, who have three units on their books.

Team Lotus is more than happy to loan an engine to Ecurie Ecosse to make the complete set

That'd be fine. B.C.M.A. will thus additionally loan C-01 chassis 4 to Ecurie Ecosse for the specified races.

Would you be able to provide equipment for Bekaert in the British & Irish Grands Prix? He's a budgetless privateer

Given Ecurie Voeckler have an existing deal in place to rent the 4th Gordini at Silverstone, unless they build another one they won't be able to loan one out.

However, Ferrari have plenty of spare equipment, namely the 1956 factory-spec cars, to loan out. Bekaert could field a team-mate if he so desired, we have enough spare capacity.

This would be ideal for Bekaert. If you're interested in providing a second car, Roy Bloxam was Bekaert's long-standing team-mate at HWM.

Deal. Two 1956 factory-spec Ferraris to Bekaert for the British and Irish GPs have been set aside. Your equipment allocations with which you can enter when their respective entry lists open are;
  • Ferrari R560 chassis 1 & 5
  • Ferrari RS560 engines 1 & 2

Following poor performances that saw Luigi Musso failing to qualify for any of them in the last couple of races, Connaught will be seeking in British Driver Les Leston to replace Musso from the Irish GP onwards.

If the RNG allows him, Musso will be transferred to Centro Sud. (As agreed with Pasta)

Arie van Ramshorst is looking to rent some machinery from any manufacturer to compete in the Dutch Grand Prix as a privateer.

Jean Lucas again approaches Gordini, looking to rent their Alfa Romeo AR161-Balkan Lion combination.

J. M. Swaap also approaches Gordini, looking to rent their Guidobaldi-Loonmotor combination.

Scuderia Ugolini will loan Bentley Speed 4 chassis 11 to Loonmotor for the Dutch Grand Prix.

That's excellent, thank you.

Might it also be possible to borrow one for the Dutch Grand Prix so that Rob Slotemaker can enter the race under a "Slotemakers Slipschool" banner? I know I'm taking the piss a little, but it's fun finding obscure drivers and thrusting them into Grands Prix.

Entries for Zandvoort;

Scuderia Ferrari
Umberto Maglioli - Ferrari 801 chassis 3, DS50 engine 2
Consalvo Sanesi - Ferrari 801 chassis 4, DS50 engine 3
Giulio Cabianca - Ferrari 801 chassis 1, DS50 engine 1
Tony Gaze - Ferrari 801 chassis 2, DS50 engine 4

Ecurie Voeckler
Andre Simon - Gordini Type 56 chassis 3, Gordini G258/A engine 2

Ferrari R560 chassis 1 & Ferrari RS560 engine 1 will be leased to Carel Godin de Beaufort for this event. More 1956 Ferrari packages are available for lease for this event on request for any interested team.

I'd also like to formally ratify some intended signings for later in the season, just to get them sorted out in advance. Ecurie Ecosse intends to sign both Ivor Bueb and Ninian Sanderson to race their loaned B.C.M.A.s at the British and Irish GPs. Ferrari intends to sign Tony Bettenhausen and Phil Hill for the season-ending US GP.

After embarrassing the Motherland at Spa-Francorchamps, many of Volga's drivers have been sent home in disgrace. It remains to be seen how often we will encounter some of the slower drivers in the future.

However, Boris Dienerstein and Mikhail Metelev will be remaining in the Low Countries to take part in the Dutch Grand Prix, using the same chassis and engines as previously.

Also, given that we both are state-run operations, it might make some sense for Wizzie and I to pool resources in some way

Guess i'll confim Ecurie Maarsbergen/Carel Godin De Beaufort entry with whatever car Ferrari is willing to give.

Reg Parnell racing will enter De Felippis with O.S.C.A. F156A chassis 17 + Maserati 56A engine 1

We use the Maserati because Climax still hasn't told me yet wether they stand for the repair bills of their engines or not.

Despite being doubtfully scared over the small grid size, Connaught will attempt to enter the fiollowing entries:

Les Leston*: Connaught Type B chassis 1, O.S.C.A. 1557 engine 9
Staurt Lewis Evans: Connaught Type B chassis 2, O.S.C.A. 1557 engine 10

*RNG Pending

And Yes, Connaught will ask Leston to take over Musso's car from this round onwards.

I think you were a little bit too late there, but whatever way, I doubt that would even happen since Tommykl is taking a small vacation off the forums.

I'm not taking a vacation, I'm simply restricting my activities. This doesn't make any deadlines void, though ;)

RDD, I'm afraid your entry was too late.
