Re: GP Tracks we would like to see
Actuallly, this thread reminds me of a proposed A1 GP calendar that was published at the end of its first season, for the following season: 01/04/2006 - Taking racing to the people wherever they may be is the key to the second series of A1 Grand Prix, starting at the A1 Grand Prix of Nations, Circui...

Re: 40 Million Cap, New Teams anyone??
Working with borrowed engines of different manufacturers and if none is available, with a stereo system emulating engine sounds is priceless. Now who wouldn't want to be at the wheel in the pits when giving the "Sounds of Formula 1" CD a spin in the car? Can the CD player double-up as the...

Re: Your Reject of the Race - Catalunya
The Ferrari-powered cars generally seem to be rejectful in my opinion. Kimi failed to get out of Q1 then had unreliability; Felipe became the Trulli-train after Jarno's 'retirement' and the two Toro Rossos broke the first unwritten rule of F1 - don't crash into your teammate! Special rejectdom for t...

Re: U.S.A and F1 are incompatible (Editorial)
I agree with most of the points made, although I would love to see yet another guarenteed-reject team on the grid (how could they be anything else...!). But just wanted to clarify that the USA is not quite the only country to still use imperial miles per hour. We in the UK do as well...

Re: Your Reject of the Race - Bahrain
BMW Sauber seem to have been rejectful this weekend - the fires in qualifing then being the last two finishers in a race of only one retirement (whom they were running behind anyway). Possibly also Toyota for throwing away a potential double podium, victory even?

Re: Submit A Reject
Already posted here I know but Bernie has to be a reject, and not just for his driving... And the biggest reject driver of the past 10 or so years has to be Jan Magnussen. He had reject written all over him since finishing 10th in a McLaren on his debut. At least that's what I thought at the time. H...

Re: Reject Engines...
I reckon the Peugeot engines from the mid-1990's were pretty poor in both the 1994 McLaren and subsequant Prosts. But there again, all I seem to be able to recall off the top of my head is Brundle's Peugeot detonating off the start-line at the 1994 British GP and Prost in about 1997 or so flying in ...

Re: GP Tracks we would like to see
I think a Manx Grand Prix around the 37 mile TT course must be worthy of consideration. Can you imagine any of the drivers doing a 'Gilles Villeneuve' for 37 miles dragging their damaged race car back to the pits? Spectacular scenery round a mountain, it's a micro-state in the middle of the Irish se...
