Apparently almost-reject Alex Caffi has the NASCAR bug because he made his debut this weekend with his own team in the Whelen Euro Series.

Rosberg gets my first vote for getting a victory when he really needed it, and Alonso gets my second vote for getting a fastest lap. In a McLaren. In Monza of all places. Honourable mention goes to Ricciardo for that move on Bottas, and Hamilton for making this championship battle that little bit c...

dinizintheoven, the Ford Thunderbird did indeed race in NASCAR from 1977 to 1997 before switching to Taurus in 1998, though "NASCAR Reject" Billy Standridge raced the T-Bird in several events that year.

Will Alex Tagliani finally get luck on his side and win this weekend's Xfinity race at Road America? He's had 3 runner-up finishes with another top 5 plus 3 poles as well. I know the first chicane can be "removed" if you play the NASCAR expansion on Forza 6. (Sorry if this is starting to go off topic)

m Ben Kennedy, great-grandson of NASCAR founder Bill France Sr., won his first NASCAR race last night at Bristol Motor Speedway in the Camping World Truck Series. This is a historic moment in my opinion and it would definitely come up as a NASCAR trivia question years from now. Congratulations to him.

Congrats to Chris Buescher on winning the race. Well-deserved for a small team too. As for the Rookie of the Year, I highly doubt that he will win that based on the finishes he's had compared to those of Chase Elliott and Ryan Blaney.
