Re: TOTB (ten of the best)

Foxtrot's got Supper's Ready on it so it's a brave person who'd drop it down the list, however Selling England... was voted best prog album by any band I think in Prog Rock mag so fair dooz. I reckon if Steve Hackett had stayed, as good as they were and I'm a massive Hackett fan, they'd be disappea...

I find the singles sometimes a little odd when heard out of album context, but that's just me. That said, they seem to work just fine on Minimum Maximum so who knows? What's your bet on the next album? 2020? When Ralf will be in his mid 70s? Personally, I doubt there will be one again. I just don't...

Looks like a nice mix, and no Monaco means no clichéd repetitive montages of The Olde Days. Yeah, those videos kind of counteracted the whole point of a live show when so much of the buildup to the weekend was old videos of Graham Hill with ballad piano playing over old footage and Jake Humphrey (n...

Thinking again about the potential Caterham drivers, Roberto Merhi could be in with a decent shout of a drive next year if Kolles maintains any level of influence on the team. Obligatory Berger memory first: At the Monaco Grand Prix, must have been late 90s because Murray was still commenting. Berger pestered Brundle (both drivers retired at this point) during the gridwalk, and whilst Brundle was distracted in an interview with Ron Dennis, Berger pulled out his microphone...

True. But if you add a win onto Raikkonen's 2005 campaign at the end or the same with Schumacher 06, that makes 122 and 131 points still. Rosberg's points value is still a hefty amount regardless.

I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty certain Rosberg's 2nd place has got to be the highest points tally of anyone who came runner-up, on whatever points system. On the 2003-2009 system he collected 139 points and on the 1991-2002 he got 113 points (bear in mind he didn't get any double points). Tha...

Even Perez wasn't given much time at all. He called it a miracle himself that he'd managed to find another drive after being dropped by McLaren last year, and it'd truly be a Christmas miracle if both Button and Magnussen are employed next year at this rate.
