(1) Driver - a difficult choice between Albon's superb performance on the soft tyres in the rain or Gasly's third place

(2) Team - Alpine for demonstrating that firing one's highly experienced and respected senior management and design team is the way to get better results (cue Horner, Newey and Wolff looking anxiously over shoulders)

1. Gasly
2. Albon

Both had an amazing weekend, but I guess Gasly's final result was more unexpected in the end.

Peter Gas Leak gets my vote. Alonso was good but he's had 2nds this year already so it wasn't massively unexpected.

Has to be Gasly.

Albon and Alonso aren't bad calls, but that Alpine should not be on the podium. So that wins for me.

1) Pierre Gasly: A deserved podium in a car that has not been the class of the field this year.

2) Alexander Albon: A pretty decent performance in a struggling Williams.

Gasly - A surprise podium makes this the obvious nomination.

1- Gasly- Got a podium and probably drove his best race since italy 2020. What a performance

2- Albon- Another Stunning performance- Maybe its Red Bull and not the drivers after all?

Gasly: Obvious choice really, raced beautifully and was there for a first podium since Azerbaijan 2021

Williams: Albon’s superlative performances are too obvious to mention alone. The surprise for me was Williams were competitive on a slower twister circuit as most of their stronger showings with these cars have come on your Spa’s and Monza’s in the world. To get both cars into Q3 and score points was impressive and tightens their grip on 7th
