1. Lewis Hamilton. Pretty much by default, single-handedly keeping the title battle alive.

2. Alpine. Managed to get both cars home in the points.

1- This really pains me to do this HRH Lewis Hamilton- Yeah alright that was a good win. Passing Max was quite satisfying.

2- Ummmmmmmm Alpine I suppose?

1) Lewis Hamilton: Consigned to the back during the sprint race at a track where the Red Bull was expected to have the advantage, he still managed to take the race victory by an unassailable margin.

2) Alpine: A double points score and a quietly successful race.

Honourable Mention: Nikita Mazepin - kept his nose clean and finished ahead of his teammate.

I would have to think long and hard to be honest.

Lewis Hamilton - a great win and fight from the back. Fast car yes, but made like 3 good passes on Max by the time the race was done to confirm he had DEFINITELY passed him.

Nikita Mazepin - as said earlier, he had a clean race (all weekend I think) and comfortably beat Schumacher who was involved in an incident.

Ferrari - they are doing really well and are comfortably going to snatch that 3rd in the championship. It's so unlike them to be doing WELL in the closing stages of a championship.

I had to search for a while to find other options. I guess it's Lewis.

(1) Alpine - was not expecting that and finishing both cars ahead of both Mclarens

(2) Hamilton for showing what he can really do with a superior engine, a superior car and superior strategists

Lewis Hamilton. Had to start the sprint quali from the back, was 4 seconds off the podium after 24 laps, and would have taken the podium if it had been 26. Had to start the race from tenth and won it comfortably.

Lewis Hamilton: One of the best drives of his career. The right driver won today.

As nobody finished much higher than you would realistically expect, it really has to be Hamilton here too. Though Mercedes overall found great performance - compare to Mexico where it was the lead Mercedes only just holding off the 2nd Red Bull, here it was the lead Bull only just holding off the 2nd Mercedes (as Bottas had closed to 3s of Max at the end).

Nothing new here...
1. Hamilton because he won from the back of the grid. Yes, he had the fastest car, and yes, the race was 400 km and had two restarts, but still, not everyone would have done that.
2. Alpine. Did you expect a double points finish for them?

I guess it's tougher cause nothing standing out other than Lewis.

1. Lewis - Starting from last on the grid on the sprint race, gets 10th in the end (+ penalty) and was aggressive this whole weekend to win the race. Crazy

2. Alpine - Solid race to still keep them tied with AT.

HM - Mazepin. Best race this season from him. Was battling with Williams, McLaren and AR but naturally the Haas being dire and Mazepin being inexperienced in a tough car, he was going to drop.

1. Hamilton, obviously had the freshest engine and fastest car, but still had to be aggressive without being reckless, easily one of the best drives of his career

2. Ferrari, look a shoe in for p3 now, which is some recovery from last season

HM: Mercedes, having that much pace and making constructors gains on a track which theoretically suits Red Bull more is massive going into the last 3

Lewis Hamilton - Its a weird day when you end up rooting for Lewis to win a grand prix. Bottas would never have come close to winning (and was lucky to finish 3rd really)

As much as I hate to say it I think Hamilton deserves this one. Yeah he had a fresh engine and the fastest car but Lewis was genuinely the man to beat all weekend on a track which while not as severe as Mexico is still high on altitude. Without the disqualification I’m willing to bet he’d have lapped everyone but Verstappen.

No one else did anything that stood out.

Perez just for having a go back... even if it wasn't going to work.

1. Lewis Hamilton. Yes, Mercedes was clearly the fastest car but still to win the race after all the penalties was notable.

2. Nikita Mazepin. Not doing anything wrong while his team-mate damaged front wing and finished behind.
