Mercedes '91 decision "yet to be made"
A source within Mercedes-Benz's WTCM effort has suggested that the Stuttgart marque is still yet to fully decide on whether to race in 1991 - when the sport's new Super Touring regulations take heed. The firm has reportedly been running an early 190E mule behind closed doors at the Untertürkheim circuit but the results have not impressed management so far. Further question marks remain over whether Mercedes will want to commit to a full programme with the 190E's replacement likely to come in the next three years.
