As a heads-up, if there isn't enough interest to fill all the teams, then people will be able to run a second team, again on a first-come first-serve basis, but if anyone else wants to run then you must be prepared to rescind control of your second team.

I'm now offering the remaining single car teams up for anyone who wishes to manage a 2-car team, as there is't enough interest to fill all the teams, but if anyone wants the team that you are holding as your 2nd, please be prepared to give control of it. Again this is on a first-come first-serve basis.

Would you be able to suggest how much you are willing to offer for each driver, and I'd recommend putting in a backup bid, as this is going through RNG.

Are driver choices from a list, or limited only by our imaginations (and RNG odds). Also, do drivers cost us money to employ, and if so, what are our budgets?

Driver choices are limited only by your imagination and RNG odds, drivers will generally cost money to employ, and your budget can be viewed here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GmgYXWJ4S-QoowV5kk8Uqq3TUtIWWYDgJjC898hUNw4/edit?usp=sharing

So I guess we bid whatever we feel is appropriate for the services of the driver is question, and our RNG odds are affected by how much we're under/overpaying them. Also, how do paydrivers work in this game?

You are correct, and the RNG odds are also affected by how well your team did the previous season and your team's potential, and the way pay drivers work is that you generally assume the driver is waged, and if you wish for a pay driver then I will provide you with a list.

The budget covers everything, so you don't have to pay drivers that much: the maximum wage I'd expect is $1 million.

Yes, I realise the irony of "All-American Racers" not bidding for a single American driver, but their RL lineup was rubbish anyway, and only half-American by mid-season to boot.

A mini-RNG has been run to determine whether either want to accept, and the results were that both turned down the offer, so you will need to pick an alternate driver.
