I've decided to make this a quicksim; with Kevinbotz approval. I've already kind of ruined this, so...quicksim it is. Check the main post to see changes.

So, I've decided how this is going to work.
At Midseason testing in Dubai, if you want to change your drivers you can. Other than that, this is going to be a quicksim, and I'm about to start it.
