Reject Ice Hockey 2: Enter Your Players!

Nearly two and a half years after the Helsinki Thunder took down the Stockholm Syndrome on Aggregate, it's time to take another shot at some Ice Hockey. We're moving onwards and upwards from a set of Home and Home games to a full on tournament! It's time for Reject Ice Hockey 2: Tournament Edition. A lot will be changing with RIH 2, so lets go over the changes.
Instead of being a two team Home and Home with the winner being decided on Goals Scored, it's a Three Team Tournament. Each team will play each other once in the group stage, 3 Points will be awarded for a Win, 2 for a Overtime Win, and 1 for a Loss in Overtime. Overtime, if necessary, will be continuous Sudden Death 5 on 5; the game must end and it won't be in a Shootout. The games will use the current NHL Rules package that comes with NHL 17, with Periods set to Ten Minutes in Length.
The team with the most points out of the Group Stage will advance directly to the Grand Final, while second and third placed teams in the group will have to face each other one more time with the winner going to the Grand Final. If there is a tie for first in the Group Stage, the team that won their matchup will advance directly to the Grand Final.
After all the User Created players are made, there will be a Draft to assign them to each of the three teams before the games are played. This will be a Snake Style Draft, where if you pick last in the first round, you will pick first in the next round. This will continue for the first sixteen of the twenty rounds. You must pick two goaltenders in this time. For the final rounds of the draft, teams will draft Real Life players from NHL 17's Free Agency List. The caveat of this is that the players that are draft eligible will have a Overall of 70 or Lower, and must fill in the positional gaps left over from the first 16 Rounds. At the same time, the team that chose second in each of the first Sixteen Rounds will now pick first in the Seventeenth round, with the Snake Order being Reset. Before the draft, the RL Draft Eligible players list will be made public, and each of the teams will be allowed to Scout four of the players on the list. I will then show their complete stats to the team's manager, since the list only shows their Overall rating.
All the players from RIH 1 will be making their return, to alleviate the amount of players needent to be made. They've all been ported into NHL 17 already. But you guys can go to town, bringing in as many new dudes as you want. The more the better I say, having dudes go Undrafted would be interesting.
