Just a final word, I'd prefer it if some of you went for one-car teams so that more people have the chance to enter. It's your call, but if there are no volunteers to do so then I'll take matters into my own hands.

I'd like to have Courbois removed from the list, as he considers himself as a 'colonial businessman and adventurer' rather than an African citizen. He wants to become course director though, because the idea of enslaving native Africans kind of runs in his family. I'm not sure if i have him in my DEC, but yeah, his background doesnt really mix with competing here.
Not that anyone is going to hire an almost 60 year old guy anyway :P

Malik Zidan would be interested in doing the rounds of Morocco (Rounds 5 and 6). He would be interested in any drive offer available. Since he did two full seasons in the last two winters Zidan feels that he could use a break this winter.

He brings sponsorship from Enppi for the purposes of liveries and helmets.

Nelson Odewa thanks Équipe Afrique de l'Ouest for their interest in him, but will respectfully decline. He does not speak French and feels this would be a disadvantage for him.

Having seen Tigo title sponsor a Ghanaian team, MTN will enter their own team (but will continue to sponsor other drivers in the series as well - think Marlboro back in the day). Their poster boy Odewa will take the no.1 drive.

Team Name: MTN Racing Team
Nationality: South Africa
Driver 1: Nelson Odewa (NGR)
Driver 2 : TBA
Livery plans (colour scheme, sponsors, etc.): Bright yellow, significant MTN branding (rear wing, engine cover, nose), small white, turquoise and red detailing (in line with MTN logo).

MTN are interested in Shane Skeelenberg and Kevin Bainomugisha to fill the second seat.

No further two car entries from this point. I'd still ideally like one or two teams to drop a car, preferably one who hasn't signed any drivers. Gonzalez, would you mind?

Regardless, I'll make two extra cars available just to give the chance to more people to get involved.

EDIT: Thanks to V8fan for sorting out a wiki page, you can find it here.

I will only drop a car out if i'm the last team with unconfirmed entries and/or if the 2nd seat has not been taken.

2. Doesn't exist in rFactor

That said, wasn't Benguela mentioned as a backup? Wouldn't mind seeing that to add a bit more variety to the calendar ;)

I'd prefer to see teams pick from the list and help drivers who maybe haven't done so well or don't have a DEC holder get into the shop window. If there's absolutely nobody on that list who interests you then I suppose I can make an exception, but their performance would be subject to rookie RNG values.

I'm going to use the series to perhaps test video coverage, since I've been harping on about that for a long while. Benguela is a bit...devoid of scenery, hence my retiscence to use it. If there's enough interest in it, then I'll remove the final Kyalami double header, pop Benguela in but still have Kyalami bookending the season.

I think that there's two spaces now.

Despite his lack of experience, he is a incredibly talented touring car drivers, as his results in IPC and ARST indicate.

Benguela is indeed quite barren, but the AR 3.5 race I held there showed that it can compensate with plenty of on-track action.

Yeah, i'm cool with Skeelenberg driving.

Does listening to a dog licking its balls get you excited?

Since we've got one entry space left, you can all go ahead and pick numbers per car from #2-#99.

I've also decided to replace the Kyalami double-header with a race at Benguela before going to the final race at Kyalami a week later on the 10th Feb.
