Grand Prix Rejects All-Time Reject Driver Ranking

Here's an idea that is totally not in any way a ripoff of a similar thread in the Eric van de Poele forum... Alright, fine, it is: Who would the forum rank as the all-time greatest reject driver?
As many of you know, a reject driver is a driver who has not achieved any of the following results:
So this is going to work in the same way as tommykl's all-time driver ranking, only with rejects: You state your personal best reject drivers ever in terms of talent, influence, pure results, whatever you choose. Rank as many as you like up to 20, as that's how many points-scoring spots are included in the scale, which is as follows:
50 - 44 - 40 - 36 - 32 - 29 - 26 - 23 - 20 - 18 - 16 - 14 - 12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1
If you are unsure a driver meets the criteria for reject status, here is a list of every F1 reject and here is a list of unrejectifications. The standings will be regularly updated in this post. You may now rank.
