Since we are already well over the limit of entries, I am going to keep applications open until 3:30 p.m. CEST (6 hours from the time this post was made) for any remaining F3RWRS teams to join us.

The entries for the inaugural FIA Formula Three Eurasian Championship have been determined. As the best placed cars in F3RWRS, MRT and Nebula have the right to use a third car. As Nebula has declined that right, Linton-Solindahl Motorsports may use a third car. WaffleCat, let me know at the first opportunity whether you wish to do so.

Please finalise all offers for real-life drivers until the end of next week, the RNGs will be done at that time.

Laura Wener is happy to join FXS Racing. :)

However, Sandy Grey has been offered a contract with the Nebula F3 team, and he has decided to take up their offer of a seat. He thanks FXS Racing for their offer, but respectfully declines it.

Linton-Solindahl Motorsports will indeed exercise their right to use a third car, car number #117 to keep with concurrency. They will enquire about the drivers from Octan YD, Jukka-Pekka Kankaanpaa and Chuck Barrett to drive for Linton-Solindahl's third car.

Much like whatshisface you are always shilling (the name escapes me), who always has a streak of Lampre pink on his car, the same goes for Pykalisto and his Finnish telecommunications sponsor DNA (funnily enough, also pink). That and minor backing from Outo Kumpu.

There seems to be a mistake in the entry list. Sandy Grey is listed as one of my drivers, when he should be listed as one of Nebula's drivers if I understand correctly. Also, something I should have clarified earlier, Takahashi will drive car 8. Superstition and all that :P

Ah! Good old Roberto Dinella! The average-at-best money-laden Italian who doesn't know when to quit. Will most likely be seen hogging an F2 drive in 2018, probably one of the Jones cars because it seems everyone wants a seat in AR3.5 instead!

Okay, so the templates are as follows:

form_F2: This contains the top and sides of the nose, as well as wing mirrors.
form_F2driver: don't bother with this one if you don't want to
form_F2extra0: ditto the above
form_F2extra2: This is the same as form_F2extra3, but all the sponsors are individually flipped.
form_F2extra4: front wing and endplates
form_F2extra5: rear wing and endplates

I am more than happy to paint your car if you'd prefer, I've done a few in my time so I can definitely help out. If you're confident enough to do it yourself, by all means do it, but if you'd rather I did it just give me a brief to stick to and I'll work something out.

Well, I still can't manage to do it myself, so I guess I'll need your help if you can :D

The livery should be mainly white with red and blue detail, with Aeroporti di Puglia (http://www.puglialive.net/dfiles/news/images/5138Pubblicazione1.jpg) and Coop (http://www.tiendeo.it/galeria/negocio/4104/coop.jpg) as main sponsors. I don't know if Alvarez Reina brings some sponsorship to the team (and thus if some more sponsors should be added)...

Right, showing my inexperience with this part of the forum (or at least this type of series): How does the whole sponsorship thing work? Are a fictional driver's sponsors determined by their DEC user? So for example in the Kurosawa team are Takahashi's sponsors determined by Salamander? Further question: How does it work for real-life drivers? I do have Louis Délétraz in my team as well so do I just make them up? (keeping it realistic of course by having say ADS Securities, who are currently sponsoring him). And then main and affiliate sponsors: Again, made up or what?

Sorry if I've ground the thread to a halt by the way, but any help is greatly appreciated :)

Yes. They are also completely optional - many choose simply not to bother with this. The best known example is probably courtesy of AndreaModa, who constantly pesters you to splash your livery with pink if you fall for him shilling Roberto Dinella :P

Yeah, a lot of the time people don't really bother. I just like to include it as an option because some people choose to have their driver backed by a certain group, and personally I feel it enhances the lower-league series aesthetic.

Simtek wrote:And then main and affiliate sponsors: Again, made up or what?

It's completely up to you which sponsors appear on your car; sometimes, if sponsors cover a user's entire catalogue of teams they can be used to build some storyline. In short, you pick.
