You may choose any drivers from the country you choose, provided they meet the following criteria.

Has raced or tested in WEC, WRC, F1, F3, GP2, Indycar, Formula E, WTCC, or V8 Supercars in 2014, or is planning to in 2015.
Is the same nationality as your team (obviously)
No drivers who have officially retired from all of the motorsport specified.
No drivers who have serious injuries which means they realistically couldn't race (aka Bianchi)

Each team starts off with $20,000,000.

You must choose a power unit and a chassis supplier.

Power Units:
Honda (High Acceleration, medium reliability, $1,200,000)
Renault (Medium acceleration, medium reliability, $800,000)
Ferrari (High Acceleration, low reliability, $800,000)
Chevrolet (Low acceleration, high reliability, $600,000)
Life (Low Acceleration, low reliability, $300,000)

Chassis Suppliers:
Dallara (High cornering, $1,500,000 each)
Ford (Medium cornering, $900,000 each)
Lola (Low cornering, $300,000 each)

Here is how power units and chassis work. You may have either a two car or a one car team, but if you have a two car team, you must buy two power units and two chassis, otherwise, you can't race both cars. When you use a power unit, gradually the reliability goes down. As it goes down, you will notice you will tend to DNF more often. Therefore, you mustn't forget to buy new power units (I will say where everyone's engine reliability is at after every race.)

With Chassis, it is relatively simple. If you DNF in a race, you must buy a new chassis for that vehicle, or else that vehicle won't race. You may switch chassis mid-season, for example switching from Ford to Dallara, but you will incur a fee of $500,000 for making such change.

As far as drivers go, you don't have to pay for them, however you can decide how long you would like to keep each driver.

There may be a maximum of 12 teams.

The points system goes as follows: 20-15-12-10-8-6-4-3-2-1

Prize Money goes as follows for races:

p1- $1,000,000
p2- $900,000

Is it possible that you could add more countries? You don't have to include ones that are relatively obscure like Lesotho, but maybe any countries that have representation in the series you listed like Switzerland and China? Or simply do away with that list altogether and just let people pick whatever country they want, as long as there are drivers from that country that fulfil the criteria?

I suppose so. All the countries are now freely available, so long as they have at least one driver which meets the criteria.

I have a question: Can I put in a driver from DTM? (If so, I enter Canada with Robert Wickens. I'll do rest of stuff like engines and 2nd driver later.)

You said there's a maximum of 12 teams, and it seems we are already way over that amount. Perhaps it would be a good idea to downscale to 1 car per team, so as to allow 24 teams? Considering this is a country championship, having only 12 countries feels a bit uninspiring, however 24 countries would spice things up a lot more.

And as AutoGP does not qualify a driver for this series, the only eligible driver is going to be used.

If this suggestion goes ahead then Russia will have Zlobin as our permanent driver. If anyone should lead us to victory it's him. Sirotkin will be reserve and we will only buy one chassis and engine, not two.

Well, I'm just shocked that there's so much interest, I mean I got like 20 signups in one day  I'll raise the team limit to 24, and the driver limit per race to 30 (perhaps using a pre-qualifying system or something)

Well, it does seem to happen to most series as they start round here (hence why so many have waiting lists).

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear in my last post. I meant that if one-car teams were mandatory, then Russia would only run Zlobin. Seeing as two-car teams are still a possibility, then I would like to run my original entry of "The Two Sergeys".
