If someone wanted to take control of the remaining two teams, would they have to run the drivers that are currently in the team?

You may make your chassis plans now, rules are in the opening post. You may also select your engine and tires if you haven't already.

Each engine manufacturer will be restricted to supplying six teams each.
Each tire manufacturer will be restricted to supplying twelve teams each.

We will purchase Mercedes-Benz engines and Goodyear tyres. That leaves us with five million before purchasing the chassis and drivers.

Edit: We have agreed to purchase two Penske's chassis for the price of $1,200,000. That leaves us with $2.600.000.

Penske will develop a tier 1 chassis, focusing on reliability and grip. We'll also like to sign with Ford and Goodyear for engines and tyres respectively, but we are willing to hear from Toyota if they're interested in giving Penske undisputed works status for 1996 and beyond, and thus a say in the future development of the Toyota powerplant. Finally, we're interested in supplying Hogan Racing with cars for 1996 if the price is right.

Since Patrick Racing is extending to a 2-car operation, we'd like to sign Greg Moore. The chassis will be Tier 1 focusing on Grip, and we will have Honda engines and Goodyear tyres.

You are obligated to run Firestone tires because of your Firestone sponsorship. However those Firestone tires will be free.

Re: CART 1996 - Choose Your Chassis/Engine/Tires.

The following teams are yet to make any of their chassis, tire and engine choices.
andrew - Walker
Miguel98 - Hall
RonDennisDeletraz - Payton-Coyne
OsellaFA1L - Project Indy

Biscione I still need your chassis plans for Team Green.

Foyt is still officially available but I will run them myself until an owner is found.

Honda have reached their team restriction for this season and are no longer available. V8fan12 I'm afraid you'll have to request a different engine supply as Tasman were bottom of their priority list of those that applied.

Cosworth only have one supply left, Mercedes have four and Toyota still have all six.

After chassis plans are complete for all teams, you will also have to make a salary bid to Jacques if you want to keep him.

Many in the CART world are interested in where the arguably biggest talent, the 20yo rookie Canadian Greg Moore, will sign - so far he's got bids from Green (who also bid in 5 other drivers) and Patrick. Many teams are still looking for their drivers, so we will see how it ends.

Forget everything. We'll offer Newman-Haas 2.2 million to buy two of their chassis.

Let's try and get those Motorola monies.

Also, let's try and sign Riccardo Tosser, for extra cash.

Andrew and Miguel98 Cosworth already have six teams and thus cannot supply your teams with engines, same goes for Honda. Your choice is Mercedes-Benz who have three supplies left or Toyota who have five.

Pointrox thanks for taking the final remaining team but Bridgestone are not currently involved with the series, your choice for tires is between Goodyear and Firestone.

Reject Dom Team Green have requested two Newman-Haas chassis, do you agree to building and supplying them with cars?

RonDennisDeletraz and OsellaFAIL I still need your chassis/engine/tire plans.

To explain the process;

You have a Tier 1 car. So each chassis costs 1M to build. The 2M comes out of your account, then 2.2M goes into your account when the cars are received (this is only a theoretical exchange, in reality you get 0.2M added to your balance).
