Life shall not rest on its very recently established laurels though - we'll go testing for some more grip.

Also, some more possible driver changes!

The Auriol experiment has not worked. So the new plan is as follows;
Coloni offers a 4M salary for Senna to do the rest of the season. 1.5M will be paid in compensation to Jordan for breaking his contract with them. Emerson Fittipaldi and Michele Alboreto shall swap teams. Gianni Morbidelli shall be reinstated at Life, albeit in the test driver position. Pay him whatever the feck he asks for.

This deal is accepted. Arrows Grand Prix expect the $5 million severance payment to appear in their bank account shortly, with the other $5 million to be paid at the beginning of the 1992 Season. Ayrton Senna will be released from his Arrows contract and will join Life for the remainder of the 1991 Season.

As a result of this, Arrows Grand Prix would like to make offers to the following drivers to join them in the Driver 1 position (car #26) for the remainder of the 1991 Season (in order of preference):
1. Michele Alboreto ($4M)
2. Alessandro Nannini ($3.5M)
3. Karl Wendlinger ($3.5M) - a severance payment will be made to Jordan (amount to be determined)
4. Derek Warwick ($3M)

Further to this, Arrows Grand Prix wish to undertake the following upgrades at the next possible opportunity:
1. Large Power Upgrade ($1M)
2. Large Grip Upgrade ($1M)

Balls. Well how about this:

You pay a $5M severance payment to me for Senna to join Life.
You give me Alboreto and I pay him $4M salary to complete 1991 at Arrows.
You only pay me $1M in 1992 at a time of your choosing rather than $5M. This effectively is the $4M.

Me too. He had already agreed to release Senna on the condition of money, and then decided because he can't have Alboreto or Nannini the deal is off.

But ok, it's his loss, Senna won't earn his team £10 million :P

Me too. He had already agreed to release Senna on the condition of money, and then decided because he can't have Alboreto or Nannini the deal is off.

But ok, it's his loss, Senna won't earn his team £10 million :P

Well I needed someone to replace Senna didn't I? :P
