I announced already we are making four cars; Two for ourselves and two for RLR. RLR is paying us 300K for the purchase of the two extra cars made. For that 300K, we get to decide the lineup of their lead car as specified in our deal.

The deadline for car producing/entering will be Friday the 10th of October.
If there is no respons from Team Yoshida, Ultimate Asia, TR National Racing and Vospruk Engineering they'll be removed from the entrie list. However, they can enter again, after the first driver signing process, without any problem, but will loss works team status if they had one.
If Shell Valerian Racing won't respond thei'll only be allowed to enter 1 Car(which they already have) for at least the first race.

The Hyundai has a clear development plan and is offering it's cars for a cheaper price than pretty much everyone!

But if there are no takers, than the factory team will enter 3 cars. With the 3rd possibly for sale or rent at any point. I apologise for delays.

You can't produce 6 cars(costs 200k/car = 1.2m) because you only have 1m budget.

So as the deadline is passed, Team Yoshida(go_Rubens) will be taken off the entrie list.

This means we are now ready for driver signing:

- Drivers will be real
- Drivers will be sortet into Tiers, where the tiers determine how fast the driver is and how much his payment is for this season.
- team owners will have freedom with rating new(to this series) drivers, as long as it's realistic.
- If two teams want the same driver the RNG will decide.
- You can sign any driver you like. However, if the driver is full time commited in F1, Indy Car, Nascar or WEC(LMP1) in 2014 i'll run an RNG(with pretty low chance for the team) to sign them.
- Drivers can only have a 1 year contract, with the option to save him from beeing drafted after the season.
- the drafting order will be determined by the reversed Teams CC + a random number between 1-3. The team with the highest number at the end will then get the first pick.
- if two teams have the same drafting number(Teams CC + random), the best driver of each team in the CC will be compared. The team with the lower driver will get the pick first.
- it will be possible to sell/change/whatever the draft picks with other teams.
- each team CAN save one of their drivers from the draft. If they don't do it they'll get a random number between 3-5, instead of 1-3.

Tier 3(100k)

Tier P1(-50k)
Tier P2(-100k)
