GM prepares to the future
Even after the plan of entering ARST as a factory team alongside long-time partner Union Saver Developments wasn't allowed for 2017, General Motors has been working on a prototype car for the 2018 season, and finally, the Chevy SS has rolled out of the GM main plant. Albert Hoist, Team Manager of USD ARST Team said: "It is important to have a solid base for the team to be as successful as the GT-R operation. And while the main team will see the rest of the season with Honda, the Chevy SS will be in continous development, with the aid of all Union Saver Developments staff and drivers."
With the ARST rounds of United States approaching, a single SS (#619) will be run by USD's and Chevrolet main driver Ricardo Llosa.

Perhaps you can take Union Saver as a B-team? I recommend it since they seem to do better than JLD right now
And does this mean that Blokkmonsta could become the works Honda team in 2018? We would certainly do better than the current group of gitz at Alpha Auto...

RussiaToday wrote:Lada Sport to enter AR Super Touring
AvtoVaz today announced their intention to enter the AR Super Touring series, using their popular Lada Granta as a base for their new challenger.
The Granta will be entered sporadically at the tailend of the 2017, warming up for a full-tilt factory operation in 2018. The car will be put through its paces in a live race for the first time at the Czech Republic round of the series, where the manufacturer will field three cars.
"It is only the beginning of our programme, but we hope with correct preparation this year, we can have a highly successful 2018 season," said Lada Sport managing director Ruslan Khodzhaniyazov. "Our races in 2017 will be akin to test race simulations in a live environment. We hope to learn much from Brno, and apply these lessons to fine-tune the car for next year's races."
Andraz Velikonja, who started his career racing Ladas in Eastern Europe, will return to the marque he began his career with, driving car #108 at the last three rounds of the championship. There will be two further cars at Brno, #112 and #118, with drivers yet to be confirmed for these seats.

No offense... but I think you might want to pay a visit to the livery helpdesk and see if the advice there can help you out.
I will also need development focus(es) for the new car. They are explained.

Lada pushes forward Granta debut to Spa
Lada Sport have taken the brave decision to push forward the debut of their new Granta Sport ARST model, entering David Koczo and Andraz Velikonja into the Spa-Francorchamps event, adding to their existing program of the Czech, Japanese and Hong Kong rounds.
"Our testing programme is now ahead of schedule, we're really pleased with the figures so far," said Lada Sport managing director Ruslan Khodzhaniyazov. "The car is ready to be given a run in a racing environment earlier than we expected, and as both David and Andraz were available on the Spa weekend, it was a good opportunity to get our programme going even earlier."
Trueba withdraws from Treviso...
Trueba have announced they will not run their planned two Infiniti G35s at the Italian round of ARST in Treviso. The originally planned entry had F1RWRS driver Marco Bizzarri partnering F2RWRS regular Salvatore Miccoli, but the Italian squad elected not to go ahead with their entry on cost grounds.
...and is replaced with Renzo
However, just as Trueba announced their withdrawal, Sicilian based outfit Renzo Engineering submitted their entry to the Italy round of the series. Coincidentally, their lead driver will be Marco Bizzarri, son of team owner and second driver of the Renzo entry, Antonio Bizzarri. The duo will be the first customer team to use the new Alfa Romeo model.

Rick Miller Pleased with début
Rick Miller Racing team boss Rick Miller was pleased with teams début race after Peter Oliver finished in 8th place
"To finish in the top 10 in our first race in a car that was only finished being built a few days ago is amazing, we were hoping to finish but not this high".
He was also highly critical of the driving standards "How some of these drivers gained a racing license is beyond me"
