1994 Rejects-1 WC: Round 17 Up
1994 Rejects-1 WC: Round 17 Up
Following the plan and demise of Life Grand Prix Series, in mid-1993, a guy named Giuseppe Markus was sad. This brings him an idea to combine some of the worst F1 cars from recent years. He with his family, mainly his brother Quinn and his sister Giselle begins working this idea under their Markus Mk. Co. company based in Australia which had been run since mid-70s. Deal by deal was made, and this dream is nearly reached now.

Re: 1994 Rejects-1 WC
I don't see the point in making the pole and fastest lap worth half a point... it would make the points standings worse to read. They should be 1 point each, same as with LifeGP.

I've been following Life GP for a while, and I believe all Life GP teams are encouraged to enter. I'm first on the previous waiting list, so I'm anxious to see if I can get in. Shouldn't stop you from entering though, my slight impatience

Agreed. The only way half points should be happening is by races being stopped before half distance thanks to carnage or rain. Or both.

Indeed the LGPS teams are encouraged to enter. The free agents needs confirmation though.

Re: 1994 Rejects-1 WC
Will this run to more than one season? If so, will the 1994 Simteks and Pacifics then be eligible?

So the Simteks, Fortis and Pacifics will all become available at the same time, in 1997?

As we still want to make a mark with our driver and after a recent influx of funds, Blokkmonsta Racing is interested in running in this series as our own entity.

The marketing budget is just enough to cover both the sponsoring of this team and the new for Formula1 in 1994 Pacific Racing.

I would be interested in a 1997 entry, so I could use a Simtek or Pacific, which I would then 'upgrade' to a MasterCard Lola in 2000!

Since there's so many people have choose to continue, I'll make a confirmed list from LGPS and the ones who's interested
I'm affraid due to time constraints entry will only opened by late this month. Sorry about that!

Re: 1994 Rejects-1 WC
Since the sole purpose of DCR was to build on the storyline for Tom Douglas, we will not be entering Rejects-1 for 1994.

I'm very interested in taking part. Time for me to spin off some more random racing blokes.

Re: 1994 Rejects-1 WC: Sign-up opens!
I have decided open the entry now so I can decide the chassises allocations based on the number of entries I have
Define your entry as Team name and it's nationality, 1 car or 2 cars, the car number, and if you are able to, sign your drivers with their nationality.

Team Name: Ursus Racing
Nationality: Icelandish
Car 1: (#5) Anna Gunnarsdottir (ICE)
Car 2: (#25) Algernon Bell (USA)*
TD: None
* Algernon Bell is a driver managed by tristan117 that really impressed during the few races he replaced Gunnarsdottir in the 1993 LGPS season.
He was an free agent then and as tristan117 doesn't seem to take part in this series I don't think he will object to this.
Unless tristan117 objects, this will be the driver line-up.

All looks good with two exceptions. I'll update the first post later...
Shizuka, is it "Sergei" or "Sergej" ?
The Dutch Bear, I can say now that Fidrik Arnason is available again, because he has recover from his injuries

Well, if that is the case Fidrik Arnason will drive the #5 car and Anna Gunnarsdottir will become the Test Driver/Reserve Driver.
