£1 700 for what? You have to specify how much you're bidding for each component.

Actually, you're not, but because you're not coming back, as you said, all the money is going to the pot anyway :P

So all that stuff is up for auction already. Why should you sell it when you don't gain anything from it? :P

These are up for normal sale, not auction, so it's up to peteroli34 and pi31419 to decide.

Also, pi31419 just reminded me that Redman have also pulled out of Formula One, so all their equipment will also be put on auction.

Then i cancel my OSCA-offer. I only buy cars below their value! I also bid 2000 for Ferrari 555 chassis 8 and 2000 for Ferrari 555 engine 12. I'm betting on different horses (literally, they're Ferraris) And you might want to edit my offers, i'm not going to pay 1000 more than i bidded for!
Also i bid 10, each for Maserati AM53 chassis 5, Maserati AM53 chassis 6, Maserati AM53 chassis 8, because that's exactly what they are worth.

I'll start with a bid of 100 per engine.

And i bid 3000 on Ferrari 555 chassis 8 + Ferrari 555 engine 12 after all. One of both Ferrari 555s on auction will be mine, Biscotti!

Also, i will not sell my Bentley engine just yet, and will bid 250 on Bentley 53C chassis 1

Though I have already agreed to sell my Ferrari stuff to Biscione for $5000.

Though tommy, please keep a note of my cash somewhere as I may return one day ;).

Agreeing a price in private negotiations at a public auction? ENB will obviously go to court to demand a financial compensation from both of you. As no official message was given about these parts being retreated from the auction, they were officially still on it, and couldn't be sold.

Seriously, did you really think you could get away with tricks like this one?

No statement was made, that was the point. Even if they were, auctioning the same stuff made it invalid. Don't try to talk yourself out of this one son.
'literally everything my team has is up for auction' 'but i sold part of it, and never stated i did so, so it means it's not literally everything'.
Either way, Biscione could get away with it, as usual, but Shadaza can't. Even your chronology argument is invalid, as in the only statement about this point, it's exactly the chronology which is wrong.

Just to make sure i don't make the same mistake, i have an agreement with pi over the Osca material i was planning to buy. It was correctly announced on the forum that this car was for sale and not auctioned.

Nope, considering there is no chronological order, written order is the only argument you could use, and even that one is wrong. So unless Tommy can confirm this was all done and settled, there's no way to talk yourself out of it.

Unless Tommy can confirm this is what really happened, it doesnt mean a thing.

Altough originally i assumed it was the same material that was on the auction, i realised after my first post this could be different material, but i decided to continue the complaint, as i obviously have a point about the lack of statements, and that Shadazas statement is misleading, as proven above, and he is still guilty of deliberate misinformation. Let's say that i will not go to court before Tommy can give me an official statement about the sale itself, but i will still go to court about the deliberate misinformation thing. Which is in fact none of your business Biscione, as this should not hurt your team.

And yes, i'm in desperate need of money, if i wasn't, i wouldn't bother

Right, regarding This, Shadaza and Biscione, the way I see it is that Shadaza is putting up for auction everything except for the Ferraris, which he has already sold to Biscione (deal was made in private, and has been announced here in the same post). The only problem here is a misunderstanding over the use of the word literally :P

I was not in the chatroom when the deal was made (I presume, that's where it happened), so I can't confirm this is what happened, but seeing as they were announced in the same post, I will assume that the deal is legitimate.

So, to be perfectly clear, here is what will happen.

-All three Ferrari packages owned by Ultimate have been sold to Renzo for a total of £5 000. These chassis were sold in private before being put up for auction. Seeing as this was announced in the same post, I have no reason to believe they were put up for auction before the sale.
-The rest of Ultimate's cars have been put up for auction, with 3/4 of proceeds going to them in case of an eventual return.
-Ultimate's remaining money will remain in the team's account in case of a return to the series.

Please, don't take it personal Shadaza, i explained why i let myself got away in it. But as i still smelled blood, i still tried to squeeze something out of it. And i do have a point about the misleading misinformation. So i still demand a compensation of 50 francs.
