For liveries if people need them, my drivers have the following sponsors to go on the cars:

Connor O'Heagan - Tassie Racing
Shannon Group - a custom made logo by myself:
Image

Roberto Dinella - Okayama Racing
Lampre, the Italian metals manufacturer.
Preferably a white-on-pink background logo, a-la his F3RWRS car:

Stan Frankham - CWG Data Collection
Hype, the energy drink brand.

I've tried to remake the TRE liveries (based on this) but it is a pain in the butt for me. So if anyone can make the livery for me, it will be welcomed :)

I too have forgot about a livery so done one using paint to create a livery and would appreciate it if someone can do something along these lines.

Image

If possible the wings will carry the Fujitsu Logo, im not sure if the Japanese writing can be done, if it cant, then in english it says Hunter Autosport.

Thank You

I would appreciate it if someone can do something along the lines of the 1999 BAR but with the Lucky stripes part removed and replased with something that looks like the 2000 Arrows livery. Thank you

Aerond, here are the following cars: 256-colour converted CWG and Fesumo, as well as the DMR-Kansai car and Hunter.

Rob, I would have done yours, but every time I tried I threw up from looking at it...I will happily paint something that's not horrendous, however! :P

Hi guys! Sorry for not being able to make it happen today. The 1st race has been re-scheduled to Tuesday 6th May at 8PM. (Pre-Q, Q and Race all in a row).

I only have liveries for 6 teams. If you want your own livery, now is the moment!! Don't end up with some generic livery from Grandprix2.de !!!

Ive attempted to do my own livery for Hunter Autosport

http://formularejects.com/imageupload/i ... osport.bmp

This is my first attempt at creating a livery, so it might not actually be right or work properly and i've probably missed something from, but i tried, so if someone could check if it works and some of the logos are not going to be upside down it would be much appreciated.

Oh, blimey, I did your car a wee while ago...I got mixed up between Hunter and Okayama, but I can assure you Aerond has got it.

For future reference, there's quite a few...problems with your car. For starters, the .jpg compression is pretty bad, so save it in future as a .png or something before you convert to a .bmp format.

Secondly, the size is wrong; the template itself appears to be stretched. Also, the white around the outside is just a pain in the arse since the canvas will need to be resized, the image resaved and then the GP2-specific 256-color palette applied to it. The template needs to be 256x164 in size.

As I say, don't worry too much now as I sent it in to Aerond a few days ago; it looks like this:

For the future races, Aerond, here's the game-ready Takagi as well as the Restov and the Plus One (unless Pasta wants to change it, of course).

I was happy with my performance, although again the tyres didn't bite enough when braking into hairpin turn six and I think I lost a few tenths. Next time Katayama will qualify.

Aimée Gauthier wrote:This was the best race of my career so far, I think. We had great pace in qualifying for me and Diego to take 1-2 on the grid again. The car was good enough for me to just manage a gap in the first stint, only Cara was any trouble for me but he wasn't for long. After the pitstop though, we'd lost a lot of time, the strategy I think was completely--

Aimée Gauthier wrote:Err, I mean, the strategy was not perfect, we lost some ground to Yanagawa and O'Heagan, but I was able to push much harder on the new set, and I regained the lead without too much trouble. It was a great race for us in the end, it was just unfortunate that Diego had his problems, I didn't really see him after the start though so I'm not sure what happened yet. Regardless, this is an excellent start to the season for us, considering I don't think we've been the best team in terms of pace. Very encouraging, for sure.

David Baldwin, CWG Data Collection project manager, wrote: Well, it was an extremely disappointing race for us today; Alberto certainly had the pace to win, having pulled a five-second gap from Gauthier in the span of just a few laps, whilst Stan seemed set for a very solid recovery drive from fifteenth place on the grid.

Evidently, the quality control structures which we had instituted proved to be grossly inadequate, which, exacerbated by a still nascent operational relationship with our external suppliers, resulted in the unenviable situation where all of our implemented fail-safe provisions were neutralized, consequently leading to the complete and catastrophic failure of both cars on lap ten.

We will meticulously review the information we managed to gather this weekend, identify any existing deficiencies in our systems, and rectify them as soon as possible, both here in Shizuoka, as well as at our main factory in Cheltenham. The main positive we can derive from this weekend was the inherent pace of our cars; hopefully we can exploit that to greater effect at the next race weekend.

Stan Frankham wrote:The car's a bucket of bolts, I don't know whether it will pack up at any moment so that isn't exactly great. That said, I'm in a great team and learning from a top driver like Alberto is great for me. I know I'm not the best driver here but by being here is helping me massively become the driver I want to be.

Connor O'Heagan wrote:Great result today for the lads I'm chuffed to bits to get them some points and its clearly a competitive car so I'm hoping for more in the next races.

Kenji Katayama wrote:Well 10th is bad for a *cough* 50 *cough* year old man, the engine lacked a lot of grunt and we were lacking straight line speed. Kyoko is upset as she came 12th and felt she should have beaten at least me, but I think she is having an issue with going from Karts to single seaters but she still has time to learn and take her various Japanese karting titles to a race victory.
