Is there any limit to how much total you can put into the levels and drivers?
What do "lanced lap" and "rhythm racing" mean?

Lanced Lap: When the pilot is better with level, he will have the best positions on the starting grid.

Rhythm Racing: The capacity that a pilot has to be competitive, and overcome adversaries over a Grand Prix.

No, no limit to be placed on pilots and teams.
You can register your team and two pilots.

Got some templates and did the painting in Paint, and what you found there, liked it, or think I should change something?

Suggestions are welcome!

I can't think of anything specifically about my car I don't like. One thing though, why is McDonald's on everyone's car? Are they a general sponsor of the series or what? What's the in-universe justification for it?

I'm interested in joining with DSR team, but I have some questions:

Are only fictional drivers allowed? And also how levels are determined?

I think given the proximity of this CART series to that of the CART series formerly known as Prost GP, and the series currently known as F1 Rejects IndyCar Series, this can't be considered RWRS canon. So, anything goes.

That doesn't stop F1RGP2C, LifeGP, rFAF1, or F1RWRCR from being canon.

I considered making my British driver from Sealand, but I thought it wouldn't be allowed and that I'd end up looking silly.

Well, having a team based on Réunion is slightly more serious than Sealand so I hope I'm okay, although there is a chance I'll have to change their nationality to French. My justification of keeping them separate is purely that they have a separate tennis federation, so it's flimsy to say the least...

Well if Reunion is much more serious than Sealand.

But what I can say in this context, is that Reunión Racing team, by being of Reunion, you must have French nationality (because being an overseas territory of the French Republic).

Well, I recommend that you should put the national team as French.

Recommendation taken on board, and original post edited to reflect that. ;)
