PMMF Artwork, Livery and Logo Requests

Post by DemocalypseNow »

This was originally just the "artwork" thread, but given the number of livery, logo and other miscellaneous graphics requests going on, I figured this would be a simple one-stop shop for anyone looking for someone to help them out with graphics work. Given the influx of new users becoming lost in the vast PMMF world, it's probably best to streamline wherever possible.

This is also the place to show off your RWRS, or even just PMMF, inspired artworks. I'm going to get the ball rolling with my REECCS promotional poster.

When I was making the poster, outside of the GeraldPereria-Pan ASIA Lister I was like, "bathplug, who else do I put on it?" I remembered the Kun Ferrari is from Nauru (semi close to Malaysia) and I just felt like putting the JLD Saleen on there.

And thanks, I'll probably do the next 13 posters tomorrow. :D

Indeed, just... wow! I might do something similar for the IFRC races, although much much simpler.

Could you include IFRC in the Laguna Seca poster? I can provide you with a side view of Clockwork Racing's #41 (one of the two American teams to actually have a livery!). :)

Please could somebody perhaps design me a modern looking Prospec logo? I would quite like to keep the quartered pattern of the current logo in some shape or form (but not the font!!), while perhaps you could also take inspiration from the Pemberton coat of arms, particularly the shield. Remember the team's official name is Pemberton Prospec Racing and its colours are purple, orange and white. Thanks in advance!

I would like to take up this challenge. But it'll be a few days in the making, going to make sure this one is done properly.

That "championship" in the upper left is kind of hard to read. It might be better if it was white like the Rejects Rallycross text above it.

Pemberton Prospec // 2016 Rebranding

COLOURSCHEME
ImageImageImageImageImage
The historic company colours of Pemberton Prospec are orange and purple, which are required to remain in any modernisation of their well-established racing brand. These two colours can act in a complimentary manner, but not layered one above the other. This presents significant challenges in presenting a clear, well-defined branding, so a slightly off-black ("Corporate Black") and white have been introduced to alleviate these problems.

TEAM BRANDING
Image
The official team logo of Pemberton Prospec Racing heavily features the V-shaped motif primarily desired from this rebranding. To retain a distinguishable link between the Pemberton coat of arms that inspired the motif and the team logo, the shape has remained in its original proportions and orientation to aid recognition.
The primary challenge was incorporating the quartered colour design in the background while having a distinguishable foreground. Therefore, the previous single purple colour has now been divided into two differing shades, adding extra depth.
The linked double-P logo has been included as a reference to the former Prospec Racing logo, reinforcing the updated ownership of the organisation of a joint effort between the former Prospec and current Pemberton management.
The logo has been designed so that it can act as a standalone icon where space is at a premium and/or text is not viable to use in the given circumstances.

CORPORATE BRANDING
Image
The corporate logo is a more formal take on the team logo. While the V-motif is central to the team logo, it has been replaced by the double-P logo, emphasising the value of the company at large rather than focusing on the racing division. White has been used as the foreground colour in the corporate logo to further build on this idea of the new Pemberton Prospec business brand. The vibrant orange contrasting with the mild black almost leaps off the page, grabbing attention in more ways than a typical large headline.
The logo has been designed in a way that the double-P icon can be used standalone, where text would not be suitable - for example, business cards or other business stationery.

Ok, could someone please revamp Restov Racing's logo? :) Same colours as the one on the wiki page, but could you whack on a Gazprom logo, given that they are know our official partner for the next 15 years. The logo is basically just 2 stylised R's, and anything slightly modern will do tbh
