Grand Prix Rejects

I've seen on Youtube that there is more than once the video about the incident with the medical car at Hungarian grand prix and I'm wondering if there's a video about the incident which happened with Inoue and the safety car ad Monaco grand prix.

I wasn't able to find nothing on youtube, do you know if there is this video somewhere, on youtube or on similar websites?

I'm fairly sure there was a video that got taken down, other than that I'm not sure.

It was in between sessions so there isn't a video.

In that case I think that the video I saw linked (but never watched) must have been an aftermath video.
