I think Zoran Stefanovic would be more likely to get an entry than that tosser. Clearly he has no idea what he's talking about and judging by the caliber of the "news" posted on the website he must think that we all have less brains than him(which he hasn't enough brains to pour into a teacup). Either that or he's more arrogant than 10 Fernando Alonso's.

Yep, and had even more early race shenanigans, with spun out in 1989 slamming into the pit road entrance taking an ABC camera with his destroyed car.

This guy gets more delusional every day.

Don Pentecost wrote:Force 1 USA Formula 1 is seeking funding and the financial commitment to make sure we are racing (and winning) in Formula 1 for a minimum of 3 years, with a projected goal of being a Formula 1 “Super Power” for several decades.

Force 1 USA will have myself, Don Pentecost, as the primary driver. This is not negotiable. There must be a mandatory 3 year contract to ensure financial and personnel stability within the team.

I will be paid one-third (1/3) the salary as the lowest paid F1 driver, and yet I will have the highest probability of winning a Formula 1 world championship within 3 years.

The attainable goal is to win a world championship, and continue winning, within 3-5 years.

I will also be the oldest f1 champion in history.

I've kept the best bullet points in. Is this man for real?????

He's becoming very professional now...

Come prepared with proof of funding and we will have a face-to-face meeting, any place, any time. (of course, at your expense)…[email protected]

Doesn't sound threatening at all!

A motorsport team (F1®, Formula1®,Formula one®), is not a business in the traditional sense of the word. and it does not require a traditional business plan.

...and I live on the same street as Santa. The Easter Bunny lives a few blocks down.

I can provide an extremely detailed, comprehensive report (with Gantt chart format) that is available for analysis at an (in person) meeting with any qualified investor.

Now I'm impressed! HE HAS A GANTT CHART... WOW :o

My report explains every task required for creating and building a Formula 1® team. It lists whether a task is dependent or non-dependent, number of days to complete each task, and the cost (budget) for each task.

I recon he has tonnes of experience in designing cars, he probably allocated a full 3 days for the design of the car!

So is he setting up a charity or is he looking for funds? I can't fathom what he is looking for tbh

Spotted this gem towards the bottom of the page:

The organization will focus on helping people get on their feet, not taking money from u.s. tax payers. It is not going to be a version of the American disaster called "welfare". You aren't entitled to crap in this world. You have to take responsibility for your life and decisions. Socialism doesn't work on a long-term basis. It isn't working in Europe, and it won't work in the United States.

Also:

Did we miss this? I've just looked through the entire thread but I've still managed to lose track of what's been posted due to the utter torrent of drivel that's come from this man's mouth (and keyboard). Here we have a Don Pentecost competing in a dirt bike race in 1970, when he'd have been 12, so the picture certainly checks out, and there's been some talk of him saying "y'all ain't REAL RACERS if y'all only race in one category", though whether this was used as "evidence" or not I have no idea.

I also see that this thread was started in June 2012, but ol' Don's been peddling his schtick for a while not. This post from July 2011 has pretty much the same wording about "cookie cutter" drivers that's already been mentioned along the way here, and back to May 2010, we see that, yes, Don Pentecost The World's Greatest And Oldest Formula One Champion is the same man as Don Pentecost The World's Greatest Knife Fighter Who Was In Prison In California (And You Really Don't Want To Know What For).

And lo, before there was Facebook, there was MySpace. "Don's Ministry" is there, and the earliest post on the blog (the one I've linked to)... well, can you guess what it's about without even looking at it?

I've got a challenge for you all. Link here to the earliest post you can find on the entire internet detailing Don Pentecost's ambitions to form a motorsports team. The MySpace post I've started there is 16th October 2009. Beat that.

In short: he's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy.

My Life (never heard of it) mentions Costa Mesa High School, which the newspaper article from 1970 also mentioned. It really does look like, after all the suspicion that this is a pre-teen with too much time on his hands and too much web editing experience (in creating something that resembles MySpace in 2002), there really is a 50-something (54-57) Don Pentecost whose ravings about forming a CHRISTIAN MOTORSPORT MINISTRY TO DOMINATE THOSE CRAPASSES IN FORMULA ONE FOR DECADES have been going on for three and a bit years at least.

I wonder if there is a mental health unit in Scottsdale that has had him on their books at any stage...

By the way... another of those infamous blogs is called Ecology Twit. I will say no more.

Just taken another look at his homepage and discovered this gem

There are 4 things that I believe God has given me to do (and, obviously I can’t do myself. No Way possible from a human standpoint.

1) Create a Christian Ministry / Charitable Organization (on a large scale, but with the focus on reaching people on a “street” level.

2) Build a Formula 1® Team.

3) Drive for the Force 1 USA Formula 1® Team.

4) There is something involved with Israel and their neighbor Jordan. ( I do not know the exact details yet).

I assume no-one told him that Bernie failed in his attempts to get them trademarked like a decade ago now?

He did, but he couldn't get F1 trademarked because of the existence of the F1 powerboats.

You started a post ranting about DA ONE WORLD GUBMINT which is ONE NATION FOR THE WORLD and fairly obviously COMMIES, but started it with a picture that, yes, we know it's you in your younger days, riding your scrambler to ONE MILLION CHAMPIONSHIPS, in 1970. Thing is, you've just revealed your bike was a JAWA. Made in CZECHOSLOVAKIA which in 1970 was run by COMMIES. What's wrong with you, Don, are you not a TRUE 'MERICAN? Why did you enter all those races on a COMMIE BIKE built by COMMIES instead of a TRUE 'MERICAN BIKE built by HARLEY-DAVIDSON in AMERICA? Surely any of its handling deficiencies (which you'll deny because the bike is 'MERICAN and therefore PERFECT) would be overcome by all that THROMPING 'MERICAN POWER which would soon beat all those other competitors on COMMIE BIKES and maybe a few others on JAP CRAP as well. (I know what I'd rather ride were I to be in such a competition, it'd be the one of these nations known for machinery that doesn't break down in the middle of a race. Eat my dirt. Hypothetically.)

Just keep digging that hole, Don! Dig fast enough and you'll be in China by dinner time.

"...the Life W12, I can't describe the noise to you, but imagine filling your dustbin with nuts and bolts, and then throwing it down the stairs, it was something akin to that!"
