Unless it's already been mentioned, Kovalainen spent most of his first race spinning at turn 1.

Max Papis had somewhat of a memorable F1 debut at Sliverstone 1995, breaking his suspension due to clipping the pit lane wall after a tire change.

What was it with F1 drivers & accidents in the pitlane in 1995?

Berger did exactly the same thing during qualifying the year before.

After today's latest news, I think the Lotus E20 can be included in this thread.

Nikita Mazepin at Bahrain in 2021. Only got as far as Turn 3 before losing control and spinning into the barriers.
