20 years after the season's completion, the FIA have found Ferrari and McLaren guilty of race-fixing and deliberately causing that crash in Suzuka. These 2 teams have been disqualified from the championship and their points have been redistributed.

What's interesting is that this hypothetical championship was settled by Nannini's helicopter accident.
