DMR will be joining the majority of the teams in the European series.

Post by Ataxia »

Since Rated was the first to ask for a European entry, this means that everyone else on the waiting list will have their teams in the North America series. I will create a new thread for those guys, and this one will be the AR2.0E thread.

So, we'll return to the Europe series in this thread from hereon in.

I have done the liveries of Echoften, Octan, Prenois, Restov, Vivendi and V-Sport, but I need to change some things.

No change needed (except maybe numbers):
Vivendi EBL
V-Sport
Restov
Prenois

Sponsor changes
Echoften (since they appear to have ditched both drivers)
Octan (Lopez left, so I'll need new sponsors for Pedretti's car)

Liveries Needed
NRE
DMR
Voeckler
Plus One
Rosenforth

Livery FORM needed
ICE-3
Red Bull

Well, I should have a bit more free time now, so I'll get the Plus One livery to you soon.

As for others, I've already said I'd do the DMR for Londoner, and aside from that, I'd like to have a crack at the ICE-3 (if Rated isn't doing it himself) and the Red Bull (as RDD won't be doing it himself.)

Oh, wow, that's a generous offer! I'll definitely take you up on that, thank you! Just as a note, don't forget my message on page one whereabouts logos need flipping horizontally...but I'm sure you can figure it out!

Sure, you can do the ICE-3. I haven't been too great with liveries lately. To be honest, I wasn't going to make it as I didn't even have an idea on how to start it. :P Thanks !
ICE-3's entry has been updated : http://www.f1rejects.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=6857&p=303900#p303900 . Lukas is indeed Natascha's son.

Ah, I'm ahead of the game! I got an answer last night, so here's how the updated Octans look:

Are you going for the Feldhoffer/Bell lineup you originally had or are you making some changes? I'm currently putting the mod together so I need an answer soon.

Salamander, I'd like to offer James Jones backing from National Petroleum, and with it a guaranteed drive in F3RWRS in 2018 with Jones Racing, on the condition that he finishes in the top 10 of the championship at the end of this year. Thoughts?

As James Jones has had to rely on his family financing his career, he is ecstatic to have the interest of a major company and highly successful race team. He accepts.

Autosport wrote:National Petroleum announces "Champions of the Future" programme

National Petroleum, the fuel retailer that has recently been re-introduced by parent company BP, has announced it's latest exploit in the world of motorsport. Alongside a significant sponsorship arrangement with Sammy Jones' Jones Racing Group, National has also decided to establish its own "Champions of the Future" young drivers programme. The system will see young British drivers supported via National sponsorship, allowing them the budget to find competitive seats as they escalate the motorsport ladder.

The first three drivers to be signed to National's scheme have been confirmed as Terry Hawkin (F2RWRS), Stan Frankham (F3RWRS) and James Jones (AR2.0), and it's understood that the firm is seeking to sign more drivers in future. In partnership with their sponsorship of Jones' teams, National will utilise the British team's available seats where possible to allow a smooth progression for their young talent, but the company was keen to stress that the two activities were unrelated, and that Jones himself has no responsibility or decision-making powers when it came to selecting drivers.

Tristan, I need your replacement for Feldhoffer. If I get nothing by next weekend, I'll give the seat to someone of my own choosing. Or give the entry to the next person on the waiting list. It depends how much of a bastard I feel like being.

With a change in Blokkmonsta's team lineup over in the North American side of this series, our driver Torolf Sigurdsson (Norway, 18) is seeking the vacant spot.

Sigurdsson carries the sponsor Norsk Hydro , so we hope the money he may bring is enough to take the seat at Echoften.

Tristan you could have my Canadian rookie Skye Summers (16) if you want. She was to compete in Formula Female, but it seems that Turbogirl has disappeared so I'm looking at transferring her over to AR2.0.

Okay, thanks for sorting that, Tristan. Getz, a vacancy may open for Sigurdsson later so don't despair.

Besides, Galaz was a year over the age limit anyway, so his decision was irrelevant.
