Three days before Brazil '90.

Thirteen Italian drivers entered that race.

Thanks. :) I thought every day in the mid-year (April-October) had hold at least 1 race, but I just realised that no race have took place on 18th September, my birthday. And this year will have GPs on the 11th and 25th, again.

Awesome, I share a birthday with the great Johnny Claes! And Lucas di Grassi. And Gordon Reid (who?). And Hungary '91 and '96 were actually on my birthday, just 4 years before/one later.

I was born Nov 2nd, which in 2008 was the day of the race with the most orgasmic championship climax ever.

In the year of my birth (1982) I was born 36 days after the final (champtionship status) Caesers Palace GP where Keke Rosberg secured his championship in one of the best F1 seasons ever.

Also, F1s most recent Australian world champion is (still) Alan Jones, who was born November 2nd also.

Not bad!

For the record, I share my birthday with Bernie, something I'm not proud of at all... :?

I was born the day before the 1987 Mexican Grand Prix where Nigel Mansell won the race based on the aggregate times of the first 30 laps and final 33 laps because of a red flag involving Derek Warwick on lap 30. Nelson Piquet crossed the line first but Mansell had such a huge lead during the first half of the race that he won it once the times were placed together.

And for the record I share a birthday with Kimi Raikonnen :)

Sadly I was born in the off-season, in mid-February, so the closest race to my date of birth is the 1984 opener, in Brazil.

Hum... To compensate the 5 GPs that already existed in my birthday, no one that has/is raced/racing in F1 was born in that day, which is kind of depressing... Had I been born a few days later I could've shared my birthday with the mighty Eric Van De Poele, or better yet, with a certain J.Deletraz. Oh, what might have been...

1984 German GP was three days before my birth. Mike Thackwell's last F1 attempt (DNQ) is the main reject relation to that.

Quite interesting that there hasn't been any races while I have had birthdays. 1993, 1999, 2004 and 2010 had August 8th on Sunday but no F1 race.

The 1992 Portuguese Grand Prix was four days before the day I was born, remembered for that Berger/Patrese accident that nearly wiped out most of the Estoril paddock.

I share my birthday with one Jean-Denis Deletraz though, which is just superb.

Jean Alesi's sole win, at the 1995 Canadian Grand Prix, was also on his birthday.

I was born five days after the 1988 Italian Grand Prix - fortunately enough for a Ferrari fan, the only race won by the team that year.

Since I was born, the 2001 Italian Grand Prix and the 2007 Belgian Grand Prix have been held on my birthday.

Since my Birthday is at the end of January (the 27), the only race that could be on my birthday is the Toyota All-Star Shootout at Irwindale Speedway... which I don't think has ever happened.

A lot of them. I was creating some larger list, but I can tell that the most recent one was Nico Rosberg last year in Valencia.

You also share your birthday with Nigel Mansell!! :)

(I was sort of thinking they didn't have any races on that day for that reason, stupidly enough!)

The closest race to my birthday was the 1995 Brazillian GP, 13 days after my birthday, however it was originally going to be the 1995 Argentinian GP the day before my birthday, but it was cancelled.

This year, the Bore-rain GP will be held on my birthday, however if Bernie wasn't such a greedy [insert expletive here], I (probably) would have been going to the Australian GP for my birthday. Was considering going to TopGear Live in Brisbane, although for obvious reasons I won't be going.

I was born six days after the Austrian Grand Prix of 1979 and eight days before the Dutch Grand Prix, both of which were won by Alan Jones in the Williams FW07. Is it any wonder I have been a Williams fan all my life? Although bizarrely I've only just found out about those two races!!

The most recent Grand Prix on my birthday was the 2002 Hungarian GP.

I regret that I don't recognise any of the names who were born or died on my birthday.

Four days before I was born, the 1989 Canadian Grand Prix occurred. Boutsen got one of his two season wins at Circuit Giles Villeneuve that day.
Some say he plans to put an S921 on the Goodwood 2012 run, and that he DOES know what Deletraz is doing.
All we know is...he's called Perry McCarthy!

...we'll never see an S921 at Goodwood, will we?

My birthday is the same as that of Didier Pironi, Elio de Angelis and Martin Donnelly, while races held on my birthday are Brazil 1989 (Gugelmin's Judd on the podium!), 1995 (the race where Williams' and Benneton's fuel were no good) and 2000 (which makes me especially happy because the latter one of those would have been Fisi's first win if the stewards hadn't ignored the plank-wear regulations). I don't want to give my birth year, but will say that the race nearest my date of birth was also held in Brazil.

The first qualifying on a proper track this season will be on my birthday too :D

You are saying, if they got disqualified because of the wooden plank,- as they should. The result would've been.

1.Fisichella - Benneton
2.Verstappen - Arrows
3.De La Rosa - Arrows
4.Zonta - B.A.R
5.Mazzacane - Minardi(!)

And no 6th place because no others would've been classified! A shame this didn't happen!

It's the NASCAR race held on the night of the Indy 500. Of course, it hasn't been called the World 600 for a long, long time thanks to sponsorship.

I was born on October 1st, so I share it with the likes of Willy Mairesse, Frank Gardner, Jean-Pierre Jabouille and lest I forget, Jean-Denis Deletraz

Caesar's Palace US Grand Prix was held six days before I was born while the Detroit News GP @ MIS was held five days before. The nearest race after I was born was the Holly Farms 400 & North Wilkesboro which Darrell Waltrip won two days later ;)

Five F1 Grand Prix's were held on my birthday, Michael Schumacher won two of them with Jim Clark, Carlos Reutemann and Ayrton Senna all winning once.

btw, you can guess the year I was born on your own 8-)
