Alt-F3000 1992 - Confirm yer teams

Post by TomWazzleshaw »

Welcome back to another year of the madhouse that is Formula 3000. I'll save the introduction and direct you straight to the wiki (link here) and to the spreadsheet below:

Link in case table does not work properly for you.

Existing team owners may now reclaim their teams for the 1992 season, and commence transactions for existing assets or used cars only. The new car market will only be opened after all teams have been filled and a market opening date has been set

PSR will be back and hungry for more after the runner-up finish in 1991.

The team will also sell their Reynard 90D chassis to collectors.

We mourn the sad loss of Spirit-TOMS Motorsport. A great team that has left a truly great hole in the Formula 3000 grid. We're glad they managed to top off their final year in style with an unstoppable championship victory.

3001 International is reporting for duty to try and fill that gap - we aim to carry Spirit's great legacy forward into 1992.

Pacific Racing will return for 1992, and immediately commence business for the coming year; we will offer $150k for the Reynard 91D/2 currently in the TWUCE, and offer our existing T90/50 for $125k, our T91/50 for $100k and $200k for the pair of them (if they don't sell at these prices by the end of preseason they will be sold to the used car emporium)

UPDATE: Chassis T91/50/5 has now been sold to 3001 International for $100k

UPDATE #2: Chassis 91D/7 has been purchased from CoBRa for $20k, and will be repaired at full cost (ie: not by Renzo)

Forti Corse will return and offer £5k for DFY Engine 17 in the used car emporium. (If they won't sell us 17, we'll go for 18). We will also sell both of our Mugens on the open market.

Aditionally, we offer the defunct Spirit-TOM's £1000 for their 91D.

We have also sold Pacific Racing a bag of salt and vinegar McCoys for £0.30
