The GP Rejects Hunger Games -- It's Finished! (Page 3)

Post by WaffleCat »

I have no idea what the Hunger Games are. I have not read any of the books. I flat out refuse to watch any Hunger Games film. Yet…here I am, setting up the GP Rejects Hunger Games tournament.

Using this fantastic Hunger Games simulator, I will be running this series for any forum member who wishes to join in. This simulator is 100% random in terms of alliances formed, who gets killed, who lives, whatnot.

To enter, just state that you're entering, your gender(doesn't have to be your real one if you want) and your District of choice. I'll enter this as well in District #1, leaving 23 other spots available to sign up.

Entry List

District #1
-- WaffleCat (M)

District #2

So enter away, and don't get killed and insert whatever Hunger Games-world speak in here. Have fun enjoying the results of this as well, some hilarious things can occur.

I'm going to go out on a limb and do this, even though I too know nothing about Hunger Games.

District 12. And female, because hardly anyone else is so far.

You have to pick one, it's the format.

Well, I'll take the district 11 female, so he's the other one.

It's not nonsense, it's gender science, those things are officially recognised in some countries. It always existed, it will always exist. Deal with it, or kill yourself. I assume that using my real gender is a sensitive subject, despite the whole forum already knowing about it. It looks like you're just trolling to get a reaction, so i suggest all other forumites just ignore this discussion.

But let's just take 'female' as the game engine probably does not allow non-binary genders and the Hunger Games universe would probably be transphobic too. I'm sorry to have dragged real life information into it, and i was not planning to ruin the thread. Apparently the forum is still not ready to deal with realism.

Alright, a few points that I think I need to clear up...

-- Genderfluidity does exist in the game engine, as it comes in the form of a question mark in the game engine under the Gender column.

-- Additionally, it is not necessary for each District to have one male, one female. It does not affect the game engine, and I do believe it also does not affect how the games play out.

-- CaptainGetz12, please select a new district as This and UgncreativeUsergname have signed up for that district before you.

--Finally, there obviously has to be an ROTHG vote. The simulator has a tendency to make people do some real stupid shite.

If I had just taken five seconds to look at the edit menu, I would know. The ? option is quite cool, even if it puts all non-binary identities under one thing, it's better than what most things do.

Non-selectable? Now I'm confused. If it's not even the default, why have it there at all?
