That folder had some WIP liveries that I made for other people, that after some consideration looked too bad to show them :P
A season guide is in the making and everyone will be able to see all the liveries ;)
The placement of everything is perfect, but I remade it to remove the pixelated edges and what not. I can assure you I stayed 100% true to the original idea though.

RWMT Jarama Testing Day Two - Bouchard goes fastest'
Second test day brought some much needed clarity as to the strength between the teams. Camille Bouchard's 1:32.495 was enough to secure the top position on the chart, with the Hong Kong rider Lee Long just 0.005s behind looking like a strong contender for the Lone Rider Cup win.
Lopez, who was the fastest man on track yesterday, ended up in 4th position, right behind his team-mate Strapoc.
Jaropolk Petrovich, a 64-year-old rider from Russia, put on a strong performance, clocking the 8th fastest laptime on his All-Bran sponsored Honda.

RWMT Testing Day Three - Victory Club lives up to its name
Hong Kong rider Lee Long goes fastest on the final day of testing. Lee's improvement was remarkable during the first two testing sessions, but trying on a new set of tyres and a few tweaks let Long take his Victory Club-liveried Yamaha round the track in 1:32.502 - slightly slower than yesterday's time, but a good run nevertheless.
Right behind is the local rider, Restov Racing's Alejandro Lopez, followed by one of "Les Quebecoises" - Camille Bouchard and Lopez's team-mate Jakub Strapoc.
Huge improvement in MotoTime Bandeirante, as Geraldo Lemos completed his fastest lap in 1:33.499 and finished a solid 8th.

The first test looked promising, now Ngendandumwe is making a good impression of a rejectful paydriver from a country you've probably never even heard of. Which is good, because that's what he was supposed to be in the first place.

Now after 3 days of testing, it appears Bouchard is fast and Desjardins is not. We'll see come the first few races though.

On January 28th Head over Wheels Promotions announced that the Australian round of Rejects World Motorcycle Trophy will be replaced with the Round of Portugal held at Estoril, with logistics problem cited as the main reason.

First of all, you don't really want to send bikes of all vehicles to Donington in February!

Second, why is the championship crammed into the space of three months and over by May? Spread it out a little bit maybe?

The calendar needs some further reshuffling, I guess.
One thing I can tell is that the series will begin in late March/early April and rounds will be more spreaded, let's say - one/two races a month.
Watch this space for an update soon :P

Will this ever end?
RWMT calendar gets another reshuffling treatment, HoW Promotions: "we are 100% sure this time"

After some teams raised concerns that the very short race calendar, that squeezed the whole 8-round series into a short, two-month period will cause major problems, Head over Wheels Promotions decided to further renegotiate the dates and presented the 2017 season race calendar in it's final shape.
18-19 March - Round of the Republics, Brno Circuit
8-9 April - Round of Great Britain, Donington
22-23 April - Round of Germany, Sachsenring
13-14 May - Round of France, Circuit Paul Ricard
3-4 June - Round of San Marino, Imola
24-25 June - Round of Benelux, Assen
22-23 July - Round of Spain, Catalunya
5-6 August - Round of Toscany, Mugello

With this calendar being confirmed as final, RWMT maiden season will kick off with a race in Czech Republic and conclude with an Italian race on Toscany-located Mugello circuit.

I got a bit carried away with the other series I have, but once I do the livery I'll show it.
A more hi-res picture of that GT5 racing suit would help a lot, too.

RWMT: Restov Racing dominates the Republics round at Brno
Restov Racing effortlessly won the first round of RWMT, leading comfortably from the start to the finish line.
Largely uneventful race, with most deciding events happening in the first few laps - including Jaropolk Petrovich retiring in the first corner.
Meanwhile Peter O'Brien charged from 18th to finish 3rd.
Lee Long didn't get any advantage from his front row start and eventually dropped two places, but kept it steady til the end and secured his fifth place.

RWMT: Hofmeister takes Donington by surprise
Franz Hofmeister takes the lead in free practice session before the British round of RWMT. German rider managed to do his fastest lap on the drying track after torrential rain nearly flooded it in the first 20 minutes of this session.
Surprises don't end there, as Xavier Desjardins and Geraldo Lemos came in a close 2nd and 3rd. Round of the Republics winner, Alejandro Lopez, struggled to find pace in the ever changing conditions and eventually ended up in 21st position.

RWMT: Lomas takes pole at Donington
Rob Lomas Racing rider Graham Lomas has taken the qualifying session by storm, setting the fastest lap and therefore taking the first position for tomorrow's race.
In other news, Geraldo Lemos and Vlastimir Brankovich, as well as Lopez and O'Brien, set exact same times and their placing had to be determined by the order of appearance.
Another surprising result was Pawel Bukowski's 7th position just 0.001s ahead of Jean-Francois Deschenes.

Re: 2017 Rejects World Motorcycle Trophy - Round of Britain

Oh no, it's that series again!

RWMT: Lopez unstoppable in Donington
Graham Lomas' lucky shot was not enough to secure a win. Low ticket sales and ex-IRDU employees' strike proved to be problematic, as two strikers disrupted the race by invading the track after three laps - the minute Alex Lopez took the lead. Before they were caught by security, most of the race distance had to be done behind the pace car. Eventually the last two laps were done in race pace, with a very close finish between Watson and Desjardins.

The outcome of this race was even more interesting further down the field. Burundi rider Ngendandumwe managed to score his first top 10 finish and first points for his team, as well as for MuZ - the German manufacturer managed to field just one bike. Jaropolk Petrovich - a true veteran of all things racing - managed to finish 15th and score his first point in RWMT.

Most teams expressed their disappointment with how HoW handled the situation in Donington and might reconsider their decision to enter the series for 2018 if the problem persists.

I'll go through the remaining six races as quickly as possible using Xkoranate - GP500 is a pain in the ass to set up in the right way. So here goes the Round of Germany!

RWMT: Villanueva up front in practice
Alvarez Competicion has reasons to be pleased as Felix Villanueva went fastest in the free practice session before the Round of Germany. Alejandro Lopez was one of the fastest riders this weekend but had to pit in early after what seems to be an engine misfire.

Code: Select all

1 Felix Villanueva (Alvarez Competicion)                 1:31.697
2 Alejandro Lopez (Restov Racing)                        1:31.948
3 Filippo Corsini (Dunlop Jones Motorcycle Competition)  1:32.025
4 Franz Hofmeister (Equipe Gauthier)                     1:32.081

RWMT: Villanueva qualifies on pole at Sachsenring
Argentine rider managed to score his first pole-position in RWMT just minutes before the end of the session. Alejandro Lopez was far less succesful. Mechanics managed to replace the faulty engine in time for qualifying but puncture during his final outlap hampered his chances of a decent result.

RWMT: Hofmeister wins the Round of Germany
After first two races, where his performance was far from impressive, Franz Hofmeister took all the opportunities he was given to take the checkered flag on home soil, winning the Round of Germany in a dominative fashion, retaining the lead from the first lap - Felix Villanueva's bike wobbled exiting the first corner and Equipe Gauthier's rider could easily get past the Argentine to put himself in front of the pack.
Further down the field, Peter O'Brien and Filippe Corsini were battling intensely for 4th, with the Irishman nicking the higher spot from Italian rider on the last lap. Current championship leader Alejandro Lopez managed to finish 6th despite mechanical failures that marred his Saturday sessions.
Egide Ngendandumwe impressed the crowds at Sachsenring - not only he managed to keep his MuZ on the track - he was closing in on Lopez and if it wasn't for the checkered flag, the young Burundian could have had an even more spectacular finish.

RWMT: Lopez wins in rainy France and increases the lead
Spaniard Alex Lopez, on a Honda, won the rain-hit Round of France on Sunday, increasing his championship lead. In treacherous conditions in the fourth race of the season, Spanish championship contender maintained the lead for all of 31 laps, defending himself from Franz Bauer and Camille Bouchard. Czech rider benefited from numerous mistakes done by other competitors to find himself comfortably behind the leader, but could not make much from it as he had to stand his ground against the Quebecquoise.
