F1 Rejects GeneRally Tournament S1 (H1 Grand Finals up!)

The F1 Rejects GeneRally Tournament is a single-elimination tournament held using GeneRally.

The Format
This series will be held using modified single elimination tournament system, which is divided into the following phases:

The first stage: There will be four groups, each containing four competitors (total 16 competitors). The drivers in first and second place advances to the semi finals, while those in third and fourth place are placed to the losers' playoffs.
The second stage: The game will be divided into the actual quarter finals and losers' playoffs, but both works the same: the drivers who finish in top two advances to the final stage for semi finalists, where the question of "who is the champion" is answered (positions 1-4), or for winners of losers' playoffs, the rank battle, where positions 9-12 is decided. Drivers who finished third and fourth in semi finals/losers' playoffs will be entered to a rank battle, where positions 5-8 (drivers losing semi finals) or 13-16 (drivers losing losers' playoffs) are decided.
The final stage: The Rank Battle, where the grand champion is decided, as well as the final ranking for the running.

There will be 3 runnings of the championship per season. After the third phase ends, sign-ups will re-open. Also, RNG will be used to decide the driver skill (range is 40-70) and they will change per running!

Username: (duh)
Driver: (what driver will represent you in the championship? fictional drivers are preferred - provide country, too)
Car: (it is recommended you select from GeneRally's default cars or from Mebiko if you want external cars, but any car will do as long it exists for GR - that means I have to search the "official" GeneRally forums)
Primary color: (R/G/B, or specify a color name)
Secondary color: (as above)

NEW RULE: One car type can only be chosen by a maximum of two competitors. Please change your car.

Everything's noted btw.

Also, about race format: every race will be run in a 3-minute format, in a random track (decided by the random course picker) and will be only held in the default tracks supplied by the game.

There is no way to identify drivers with same cars and colors when I watch the race until the race ends.

ROTR: The pit exit wall - Royer and Ricetti doesn't simply avoid them, an example of a poorly designed pitlane.

Group B - in Gilwan (21 laps run)
Starting grid: Safi, Stepanenko, Henri, Speck

ROTR: I would say none, but because I can (

) and I'm not Turbogirl (which ONLY gives ROTR to driver foolishness, IIRC) I decide to give the race itself a ROTR, for being a boring steamroller for the Afghan in the SUV.

Group C - in Estio (16 laps run)
Starting grid: Rocha, Thomas, Mazzacane, T.Kazcylikowski

ROTR: Mazzacane - He might have won the race, but he took Rocha down dangerously in lap 7 (Rocha, Kazcylikowski and/or Thomas may protest the results in light of this incident).

Well, that was a completely unexpected result for Hatayullah Safi - we expected the Landcruiser to be trundling along at the back. Bring on the next round!
