Rules:

Only one team per country.
A team must have 14-16 players.
A team can have a dept of 7.5 millions. After that, it will drop out of the league.
There are 12 teams.
Every team's starting budget is 50 millions. (Euros)

Matches:

I will simulate the matches every weekend. On Saturday, random teams will play against each other. Also, it is random whose home game is it.
On Sunday, the winning teams from saturday face each other. It will be decided by random who plays against who.

Point System:

On Saturday, if team A scores once, it will get one point. If team B scores, team A will lose one point.
On Sunday, the system is the same, but you get 3 points for scoring a goal.

The players are real, and I'm using players from FIFA 14, because their ratings are quite realistic, but the actual matches are run with Excel.
