Seeing as though I'm up to my eyeballs in series, I may as well resign from Benetton. Thus, everyone's favourite team from Enstone are up for grabs :P

I didn't had time to answer this properly until now, so thank you for your participation in this series. If you like to return in the future there'll be a place for you(at least on the waiting list :P).

As the waiting list is empty by now, Benneton is up for graps. If nobody takes it over by Sunday i'll manage them until they got a new manager.

As I'm also their engine supplier, I'm going to manage Benetton until the end of the year if no one else wants the team. However, I'm not sure yet if I'm going to stay in the series after 1991, as I'm currently scaling down my PMMF involvement.

Yeah, but as you are a new member i have to warn you: please don't dissapear(many new members sign up for a series and than dissapear)

So if you have any questions feel free to ask, but try to find the answer on your own first ;)

Testing isn't open yet. You only have the opportunity to test after every 2nd race so after the GP at Monza you will have the next opportunity.
Btw. Renngeist please anounce the replacement driver for the injured Stefano Modena until tomorrow. Otherwise your test driver, Michael Schumacher will get the cockpit.
Btw. I decided to delay the driver signing until the start of next season because we already have the new chassis system and with this it will be hard enough for the teams to calculate the budget for next season. I also would like to remind you that only AGS has handed in their chassis plans by now. Keep in mind that you have to submit your plans before the last race in order to get both pre season tests.

A short clarification:
You are choosing your base(1-5) plus an upgrade for it. If you choose no upgrade you just have the base. The so called "free points"(10 for the Base plus the upgrade points) are freely distrubutable. With this system the best possible configuration is Base 5 with Upgrade 3(total costs: 10m$). The worst package is Base 1 with no upgrades(total costs: 100k$).
Btw you also have the opportunity to hand in your plans by PM in order to keep it secred. ;)

Yannick Dalmas is to be officially replaced by Michele Alboreto from Estoril onwards. Driver decisions for 1992 are inconclusive. Is Ferrari allowed to take in their junior driver Mika Salo as a test driver?

Herbert does not perform well, while Johansson puts up a fight. I would like to do a swap with van de Poele, please.
Maybe vdP gets a good seat for 1992, so I can showcase his talent, like with what I did with Zanardi :)

We declared it earlier, but we will test our sequential gearbox in Donnington or other British track (if there are other participants).

Minardi will also join Arrows in testing a sequential gearbox at Donnington with Brundle, Martini and if it is ok, the recently sacked Yannick Dalmas in the 3rd car?

Does listening to a dog licking its balls get you excited?

Dalmas is released, so that's fine.

You can test pretty much everything. The standard things are Downforce, drag, weight, suspension and reliability. Under normal circumsdances you can test with a maximum of 3 cars(if you have a test driver) for the costs of 200k per car. As Modena is injured you only have 2 drivers for testing. There is also the opportunity totest high technical upgrades but please try to find the information about this on your own.(i think they are in the 1990 thread somewhere at the beginning)
If you still have any questions feel free to ask.
