Um, I wasn't exactly given any warning about this. If you'd given a specific deadline, or something that would've given me a chance to respond, then I wouldn't have minded so much, but I had no idea you were ready to go. Not exactly pleased with this situation, I have to say. :|

Anyway, if I can still pick my engine and pre-season tests, I'll take Audi, and we'll test at Spa, Silverstone, and Paul Ricard.

Should those all be taken, I'll nominate my reserve tests as Yas Marina, Barcelona, and Bahrain.
Sorry about that, what if I give you a pace boost of some 3-5% for the upcoming race, so the grid positions won´t matter too much.

2.) Sorry.
3.) HE ISN`T? I´ll put him in.
4.) The pre-season test change a team´s performance quite hugely, engines matter only a little.
5.) Only the top 30 drivers make it into the grid, so the 3 slowest will always DNQ.
6.) NO TIME can happen in various situations; big crash, technical problem etc.
7.) They have been done, and the performances have been changed.

Thank you very much, that is quite helpful! :) Just one last thing: If the pre-season tests are already through, is it possible to look at the time sheets and see how well my drivers did in the tests? I'd like to know what kind of progress they made - especially in comparison to the other teams.
I´m afraid i´ve deleted the test lap times, but Kimiläinen was 2 seconds faster in her final lap than in her first lap. Your performance growth 21%.

Thanks for completely ignoring me. Really appreciate it. :| :| :|[/quote]…and sorry about that, as well. I didn´t see your post.

Yeah, I'm just about done with this. If you're gonna run your series incredibly haphazardly like this I want no part of it. Take me off the entry list.

Okay... Hate to say it, but 21 % doesn't mean much, when you don't know where you're coming from. But if the pre-season tests change a team's performance more than the engine stats do, it may have been better, if you posted the tests right away. It's not, that we wouldn't want to see them. ;) After all, each team named three tracks for its tests and each track is different in terms of grip, engine mapping, driver ability etc. I don't know, maybe I'm the only one who sees a problem in this...

The teams were ready for the first season, except Al Smith Racing. The team had cancelled their entry, and their trucks were already home at the time of the first start. Vergne given one-race ban

Jean-Eric Vergne has been given an one-race ban because of his actions at the first race of the Barcelona round of the GP3 Series. The Rob Lomas Racing driver did a very Grosjean-in-Spa-2012-esque move in the first corner, flew over the polesitter Robert Wickens´car, and hit Antonio Felix Da Costa as well.

Leena Gade (Team Principal) wrote:The high attrition aside, this is a very good start into the season. Our primary goal was to finish most of the races and maybe score one or two lucky points. Having achieved all of this right in the first race, I think we need a new primary goal. :D

Emma and Simona were sad after their early retirements, but most other drivers (even the more experienced ones) didn't fare much better, so nothing to worry about, girls! This was only the first race out of sixteen. There are still enough chances to score a decent result!

As for the ban of Jean-Eric Vergne: The WDA would like to stay neutral on this.

Vergne was a danger, and therefore we expect the ban to be upheld. The GP3 Commission must be seen to make an example of unsafe manoeuvres from drivers.

Another points finish for Natacha! That's good news, although I'm sorry for Emma. One more DNF in front of her and she would have had that Championship point. Also very promising drive from Simona there. I think, I've made the right decision in hiring those three. Still third in the Constructor's standings, but that's not so important for me, since the WDA's primary field of activity is the sponsorship and support of young female talents (therefore the Women's GT World Championship).

Awesome, we are competitive. Well, Magnussen is. Calado needs to kick it up a gear, and Chilton is only there because of ChiltonCraze and money :D

Don't really like that Magnussen is carrying our flag for the WCC, and the fact that he isn't entirely the fastest either. But still, we're second right now, so it's all not too bad.

If RLR continue at this rate, they are going to be by far the champions in the end. We'll have to do our best to try and counterattack.

Natacha on 8th, Simona on 11th? Wow, this looks promising! Let's hope, there won't be another first lap nutcase like in the previous race, this time taking our drivers out.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a winner! I was hoping for another decent point finish or a podium maybe, but this is much more than I had ever expected for the very first season! :D :D

And Congratulations to Emma on her first Championship point as well! :)
