Vettel: 9: Held Raikkonen off to take his first home win.
Webber: 7: Great start but race squandered by the pit crew.
Red Bull: 3: For that disastrous pit stop that could have been made much worse.

Alonso: 7: Did alright and might've gotten a podium if the race were a bit longer.
Massa: N/A: Can't really rate after that odd spin.
Ferrari: 5: Nothing special today.

Button: 8: Properly hauled that shoebox of a McLaren into the points.
Perez: 7: See Button.
McLaren: 7: Getting there; we might see a podium come year's end

Raikkonen: 9: Proper fast and could've won if the race were 2 laps longer.
Grosjean: 10: Hassled Vettel for a good while; podium was what he needed after 4 terrible races.
Lotus: 7: They need to sort out their strategies.

Rosberg: 5: Anonymous for the most part.
Hamilton: 6: Dropped like a brick when the race started and never recovered.
Mercedes: 6: Not what they needed at their home race.

Hulkenberg: 7: Proved that the Sauber has some speed.
Gutierrez: 6: Gave Mark Webber a run for his money, which was nice to see.
Sauber: 7: Competitive for once.

di Resta: 6: KERS issues hampered his qualifying and was mired in the midfield during the race.
Sutil: 5: Should've been WAY higher than he was.
Force India: 5: Not the result they wanted; Hungary can't come soon enough.

Maldonado: 7: Ran in the points for a long while before being hampered by pit crew failures.
Bottas: 5: Incredibly anonymous.
Williams: 3: Blew their only points chance thus far; sort out your wheel guns!

Vergne: 4: Nowhere to be seen and retired due to hydraulic failure.
Ricciardo: 3: Unimpressive.
Toro Rosso: 3: Not what they needed.

Pic: 6: Did a remarkable job with the car he had.
Van de Garde: 5: Well, he beat Chilton at least.
Caterham: 5: Steadily improving.

Chilton: 3: Incredibly slow.
Marussia: 4: Caterham's got the upper hand at this point it seems.

Yeah, he needs about 3 weekends of bad luck for anything to happen, really

Vettel: 8. Meh. He did well, but was not the best.
AussieGrit: 10. He finished 7TH?! That's how #AussieGrit should drive everyday in normal circumstances!
Red Bull: 5. 30,000 Euro fine doesn't do your publicity any good. Neither does a cock up of a pit stop injuring a cameraman, either. Load of bollocks, I'd say.

Alonso: 7. Looked out of depth; didn't have enough pace.
Massa: 2. Odd spin, or odd mechanical failure?
Ferrari: 4. You want a championship? Sign Hulkenberg, get rid of Massa, and develop car better than Newey can, and you have it.

Button: 10. Crap car, aided by smooth driving and strategy. Good result and well deserved.
Checo: 9. Crap car, aided by strategy and slighly hampered by more ragged driving.
McLaren: 8. Woking are doing better.

Iceman Kimi: 9. Coulda woulda shoulda. Great run.
RoGro: 10. Amazing. Beatuiful. Could have won.
Lotus: 7. Not great on quali. Strategists that are twats. Great race pace. 'Nuff said.

Britney: 4. Meh. He got a few points, but a wuss strategy call in quali sees him not in Q3, and crap tyre wear again.
Ramilton: 6. Pole man swept over by the forces of nature, otherwise known as the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 W04.
Merc: 2. Tyre gremlins come back?! You were great before now, except for Bahrain and Spain.

The Incredible Hulk: 8. A point only works.
Gutierrez Squared: 2. What the hell when your teammate is scoring points?
Swiss Miss Management: 3. Strategy calls by wussies again. Hulk could have easily gotten 6th.*

Glass of Milk: 4. What? You call this a race? You might as well gift-wrap the finish line for your own sake!
SOOTIL: 3. Just as bad, yet worse. :?
The Force of India: 3. This is by far their worst weekend since Sepang.

The Reverend: 10. Same as Iceman. Yet the pit crew f***ed it all up.
Bottas: 9. Running in the points. Yet swept by the mighty forces of tyres.
Williams: 4. Only strategy gives them an extra two points.

JEV: 4. Enoch's curse is working.
Ricciardo: 3. Look at Webber's 2004 Malaysian GP.
Toro Rosso: 5. Might have been the worst team today.

Pic: 6. Okay, but nothing special.
van crap Garde: 3. He beat Chilton and was pretty quick for his standards.
Catherham: 6. Improving, but not that much compared to the others around them.

Bianchi: 5. It's not the first time this happened. However, this is by far the most dangerous incident involving his car.
Chilton: 1. SLOW? The new Gaston Mazzacane.
Marussia: 4. Beat by Caterham again.

*No offense to Sauber's team principal. I thought it was a good play on words.

Cakewalks Montreal to point I shut the TV off halfway, despite his transmission failing he was still cakewalking Silverstone thanks to the leaders tire blowing out while his never did. Then he has zero pit problems while Webber has to suffer.......again. Yep, that's bad luck alright.

Vettel: 9, winning is usual but not by only one second.
Webber: 8, should have been a lot more than a seventh, but that was his crew's fault
Red Bull: 2, bad pit stop

Alonso: 7, almost a podium
Massa: 3, if it wasn't mechanical then he gets the 1
Ferrari: 3, more Massa woes

Button: 8, points in plural form
Perez: 8, see Button
McLaren: 5, closer

Raikkonen: 9, very close to winning
Grosjean: 10, about as good as it gets from him
Lotus: 5, errors cost a win but a good points day

Rosberg: 5, mediocre for him
Hamilton: 5, similar
Mercedes: 3, Pirelli test? What Pirelli test?

Hulkenberg: 5, one point
Gutierrez Gutierrez: 3, almost behind Pastor in a crapsack Williams
Sauber: 5, no money more problems

Di Resta: 4, ordinary
Sutil: 5, behind a Toro Rosso
Force India: 3, the run is over?

Maldonado: 7, good drive from a crappy car and poor strategy
Bottas: 4, behind the pay driver extraordinaire Gutierrez
Williams: 1, it's a farce now

Ricciardo: 2, poor run given his strong position in qualifying
Vergne: 5, unlucky
Toro Rosso: 3, bad luck and Ricciardo being an underachiever

Pic: 6, up 5 positions from slowest in field
VDG: 5, unremarkable thanks to Chilton being only driver behind you still running
Caterham: 5, at least it didn't end like Marussia

Bianchi: 5, good until the engine detonated
Chilton: 1, eternally slow
Marussia: 3, bad.

VDG is not getting much love. He made one hell of a start that saw him ahead of Vergne after a few corners. Ahead, Vergne and VDG aren't words that belong together. He dropped down during the race ofc, but he was fighting Pic until the very end instead of being outperformed completely. That's not bad for a 2nd fiddle at Claterham.

Vettel - 9 - Definitely one of his better wins.
Webber - 9 - Monumentally screwed by his team, but a great gutsy drive back to the points.

Alonso - 7 - He seemed to lack just that extra edge on raceday, otherwise he might have won.
Massa - 3 - Oh dear...

Button - 9 - A great drive in an awful car.
Perez - 7 - A good drive in an awful car.

Raikkonen - 9 - An insane strategic call cost him the win in the end, but he would have had Vettel if the race had been a couple of laps longer.
Grosjean - 10 - Where the hell has this guy been since Bahrain?

Rosberg - 4 - Not brilliant
Hamilton - 5 - Got creamed by the Red Bulls at the start, and didn't do much of note after. Not a good day in the office for MC Hamilton.

Hulkenberg - 8 - On it all day, still finished in the points despite Sauber botching his strategy.
Gutierrez - 3 - I'm slightly bored of his uselessness now.

Di Resta - 4 - Nowhere.
Sutil - 5 - Disappointing home weekend.

Maldonado - 10 - That last pitstop...I'm still gutted about it now. He was easily gonna score points.
Bottas - 6 - Whilst The Reverend was working miracles, he was tooling around in the midfield. Still better than Senna though.

Vergne - 3 - Dreadful start, nearly rammed by Di Resta in the pits, then mysteriously retired.
Ricciardo - 4 - Converted a 6th in qualifying to 12th in the race.

Pic - 5 - He finished
VDG - 5 - So did he.

Bianchi - 6 - His car blew up, 1990s style, then it ran away on its own accord. Brilliant stuff.
Chilton - 5 - He finished.

Vettel - 9 - Hold very well Lotuses.
Webber - 8 - Very good race, until the pitcrews bathplugged him.

Alonso - 7 - Ok race, but he needs more if he wants to fight for the title
Massa - 2 - Spun off by driver error.

Button - 9 - Your best performance in this year. Hold well your tyres.
Perez - 8 - Very good race, not good as button, but good.

Raikkonen - 9 - Well, another great race for Kimi.
Grosjean - 10 - Fought for the victory and probably had won if the safety car didn't came out. IIDOTR.

Rosberg - 5 - Average
Hamilton - 5 - Average and burn your tyres.

Hulkenberg - 9 - Brilliant race with an underdog car.
Gutierrez - 5 - Average

Di Resta - 4 - Nowhere.
Sutil - 5 - Disappointing home weekend.

Maldonado - 10 - Like Grosjean, an amazing race and almost scores points again.
Bottas - 7 - Good race.

Vergne - 2 - Another bad start and was around Caterhams in first laps.
Ricciardo - 2 - Qualify hero to Race zero.

Pic - 7 - Good race. Hold Vergne for some time.
VDG - 7 - Good race

Bianchi - 7 - Good race
Chilton - 7 - Good race
Waiting for Lotus hiring Johnny Cecotto jr.
