Mitä helvettia, Gary?

No, really, what were you thinking?

*Simtek makes sure to take Gary Brabham's upcoming birthday off the This Day in Reject History calendar*

Seriously though, this is shameful news.

That's just awful. Like wtf dude? Sadly not unheard of in racing though. In drag racing we have Gene Snow, who sadly preyed on a number of small boys. Gary better pray EU prisons aren't like over here. Pedos often find the general population.......uncomfortable? Shall we say?

I mean this in a respectful way, but i'm somewhat relieved Sir Jack isn't around to hear about this.

Re: thread title - I was thinking of a similar pun and was wondering if it was appropriate in the circumstances. However, Life is what he deserves.

Australia may have competed in the Eurovision Song Contest last year, but Australia is a few thousand miles and more from the European Union. ;) :P

Shocking news. Not only the fact that an F1 driver did this, but the fact that he did it twice without anyone knowing. I really hope the girl recovers from this.

Blast you are of course correct. I often forget the Brabhams are Aussies. Well the Aussies are very much like us Yanks in a great deal of things, so I'd watch his back if I were him......

That is utterly deplorable, not sure the man deserves to live. Feel seriously sorry for the poor girl.

Just re-reading the article, it's taken a long, long time to go from the offence to get to this point. The offences happened between 2003 to 2007, in the era of HWNSNBM, and 2 years pre-forum...

Guess it took that long for the girl (young lady now) to be able to report what happened, and for sufficient evidence to be gathered.

It's now been revealed that unfortunately for Sir Jack, he was around - Gary was first jailed for child abuse in 2009, but somehow managed to keep it out of the public eye.

Belgium jokes aside, we do realise how bad of an offense this is.

If you want to do those kind of things with a kid, get yourself a waifu. To be honest that is also disturbing, but it doesnt actually hurt someone.
I don't know what i want and i want it now!
