Re: Best Looking F1 Cars (some big images)

1991 produced some very pretty cars in my opinion. Re: trivia question....

Gaston Mazzacane? I'm pretty sure that livery is from an ABF truck. From what I've found, only five F1 drivers have participated in "Formula Truck"; Chico Serra, Gaston Mazzacane, Cristiano da Matta, Christian Fittipaldi, and Alex Caffi. Of those five drivers, only Mazzacane and Fittipaldi...

Re: Mclaren to run Honda mills in 2015 per BBC

AAAAAAND it's official! An happy guy I am! It is good to see Honda back as engines suppliers, their natural form! It's going to be interesting to see whether Honda can actually produce a competitive engine, though, under the new regulations - Honda may have been competitive in the past when it came...

Re: ROTR: 2013 Spanish GP

Still, four stops in a normal, dry race, even on a high-degradation circuit like Catalunya, is a bit too much. Nevertheless, I see no credible reason for the invective directed at Pirelli. For one, their development process is severely hampered by the simple fact that they don't have access to a mod...

Mercedes. At this rate, I feel we are going to be treated to the world's longest openwheel car train at Monaco. Until they box, that is. Honourable mentions to: Sauber's pitstop for Hulkenberg. Webber with another bugger of a start. At least, his four-stop was intentional, aggressive, and well-exec...

Vettel - 7 - Not Vettel at his best, but far from his worst. Webber - 7 - Webber drove well to secure fifth. Alonso - 10 - Absolutely incredible. I wasn't expecting Alonso to win, but his drive to victory and the concomitant response from the crowd just made the weekend for me. Fernando Alonso at hi...

1. Ricciardo. I'm gradually becoming more and more impressed. A points finish for STR is nothing to scoff at.
