Hmm, I am offering him 500,000 plus 500,000 additionally every race he replaces some of our drivers. The deal is for 1+1 seasons (automatically re-signs if no other team offers him a better contract).

Hmm, I think in 1981 when races were stopped and then restarted combined times shall be taken into account. Given that, is it possible that Fittipaldi moves forward?
