Re: Submit A Reject
On a few earlier points: PD: Osella deserves a MASSIVE article, and should be merged with the Fondmetal one. I sent in an e-mail suggesting that before the Fondmetal article was published, but nobody took me up on that idea. Perhaps they had got too close to completing the article to be able to chan...

Re: Reject Engines...
Lots of good candidates have already been mentioned, although I feel the worst engines should be those which were consistently poor, rather than those which just had the odd bad season, such as Mercedes. Bearing that in mind, Alfa Romeo's turbo engines from the 1980s spring to mind. They weren't tha...

Re: Favourite Reject Driver and Team
Forti's my favourite reject team as well - having grown accustomed to the close-fought F1 of recent years, it's a shock to go back to 1995 and see these two cars (and the other backmarkers) up to ten seconds off the pace at some circuits. In addition to what Steve already said, I think Forti was al...

Re: F1 reject reprieve
I agree with you about Luca Badoer. I really would've liked to have seen what he could've done instead of Mika Salo. It's not that Mika Salo did a terrible job, but he wasn't wholly consistent. Ferrari have kept their faith in Luca Badoer over the years as a test driver so it's clear that he's not ...

Re: Best ever Minardi driver?
I love Minardi with all of my heart to this day, and Formula 1 has never been the same since Minardi left (I don't find any solace in Toro Rosso, to me it's just a marketing exercise for the boss of the Red Bull energy drinks company, and all that remains of Minardi are a few mechanics and the facto...

Re: Pacific Grand Prix's website
I cannot believe that Pacific's website is still up there after all this time! I think the factory floor image just about sums things up though, especially since the text is all about the 1995 season, yet the the picture is of the old 1994 Pacific (or should I say Reynard) cars. Still, in my view, t...
