I played Project CARS today in my local game store because I was on a free lesson from college and it was amazingly good. The visuals are stunning and the physics are the best I have witnessed on a racing game. It is well worth buying.

One of the criteria during the entry process is that teams with an AR2.0 entry may drop that for an F3 berth (which I don't entirely think Rob has paid attention to, unless he's dropping his NA entry).
