Tha- Huh- ah... oh my god... Cynon, that feel, after this and Greg Moore, just... Damn. I hope to god that Dan is ok.... And Dario won points in my book for not even mentioning the championship at all, I legitimately thought he might at least say it was anticlimactic or something of that sort, but a...

Honestly, with the new car coming in, I'll be amazed if the Captain keeps three cars unless Simona de Silvestro's cash is enough to resurrect the #6 car. Yes, you heard me right. Simona de Silvestro as a legitimate candidate to drive for Roger Penske. I think I mentioned it here already though... D...

I must add, Roger Penske apparently heard about the penalty for Franchitti through the race director radio feed, making the lack of penalty seem like a massive coverup. Conspiracy Theorists, you know what to do about this.

Re: The 'The 2011 IndyCar Series thread' thread
Just wondering, with Brian Herta's team and Dan Whelden employed to develop the 2012 package, will this have an impact on them entering the 2012 championship? They might after all be perceived as having a significant, (perhaps even an unfair) advantage, real or not...... Maybe, but this is a series...

As I believe I did last year, I must cast my vote for Fox Broadcasting once again, as their coverage of the race on american television began at 11AM CST. That means the race started showing here two hours after it ended. I know I'm just bitter, but eh, there wasn't much to this race once again. At ...

I MUST add this comment. In the US, FOX kept showing the race, even showing empty red-flagged track. Honestly, I bathplugging loved both races. Some really unlikely people were up there mixing it with the title contenders, like Sato and, imho the man who was most impressive all night, Mr. E.J. Viso. THIS HAS BEEN THE GREATEST SPECTACLE IN MOTORSPORT.
15 SPINS AND CRASHES IN THE FIRST 8 LAPS.
FFS, IndyCar. You need to stop holding races in the rainforest during the rainy season at the time of day when there is a 110% chance of FLOODING.
