Day 9 - Leg 6 Well, I achieved my goal of getting to Kinshasa in 6 Days. Finding places to stop is getting ... fairly hard so I stopped where I could, using some of the drinks I bought earlier in the trip. I made sure to restock on supplies once in Kinshasa. https://i.imgur.com/IBS7sZr.png Hopefull...

Has to be Norris.
In this Noah's Arc of a season even getting a podium and (where Verstappen doesnt retire) and finishing ahead of the Ferraris is a great result. But getting 2nd and managing to finish ahead of Perez aswell is worth a thumbs up.
He even got sprint pole.

Nice to see Norris finally getting the title after those 2nd places.
Next year should be interesting, or maybe it'll just be a Piastri walkover.

One Stop Strategies - This is pretty much a catch all for Ferrari's straight 1-stop strategy that just didn't work combined with Ricciardo and Lewis staying out too long and losing a ton of time, almost as if they wanted to try a 1-stop but couldn't make the tyres last. Alpine - God they were absolutely nowhere this weekend. Dreadful pace.
Five Second Penalties - Both Mercedes drivers proved today that these are meaningless. Hamilton ruins Piastri's race and gets away with it. You could also merge this with Race Control for the shenanigans at the Start.

I think one element of the whole "How good is Leclerc actually?" question, is that whilst Max has the entirety of Red Bull behind him in a well-oiled machine, Charles seems weirdly at odds with his own team. I know this has been clear for a while but Ferrari is not the well-oiled machine R...
