To solve this, every team could have their own anthem. Then you'd get your patriotism and the bonus of hiding the fact the half the teams on the grid are at least half-British.
But you'd have the downside of never hearing the anthems of the teams lower down the grid ;_;

A Huge Congralutions, Mr Melrose. World Champion in your first year, an impressive effort all around, especially against Schumacher. Why do think then, when you managed the score 7 wins this season, that Schumacher hasn't scored one all season. A huge turnaround from the dominace of 2004.
