I'm not sure what will be the smartest for Lotus... Renault engines for free(?) and loose Kovalainen. Or stay with Kovalainen and pay for the engines. I'd choose the last one, and then get in Senna with his sponsors for the second seat. I think they've done enough this year to suggest that a packag...

To be honest, the original layout just never appealed to me - the high speed sections didn't have any really interesting corners, and the stadium section always felt like a slightly clumsy addition. Agreed - the only interesting aspect I found about the orignal layout was that the stadium section g...

As a result, they are not bringing...

I certainly did, though I doubt anyone will know much about it seeing as Eddie said only himself and the Chapmans knew about it. Would be nice to know some details though. Sadly, we've already seen quite a few teams which were once front running teams slide back down the field, until they were little better then also rans - as this website shows, Brabham went from champions in 1983 to bankrupt in 1993, whilst Lotus died a rather inglorious death in the end. The Toyota deal might have saved the team a considerable amount in terms of the engine, but at what price? Nakajima, let's be honest, has struggled to maintain a consistant and fast race pace, and the Toyota engine was relatively underpowered compared to the rest. How many points did Williams lose ...

Button - I thought he was nowhere this weekend, car looked totally wrong for him in practice and qualifying, yet he drove a storming race, pulled a great move on Alonso and kept Hamilton honest.
