I meant if the demandants knew that the money it's going to be invested in the race wasn't going to be used for social purposes. The money is supposed to come from a fund ( http://www.texasahead.org/tax_programs/event_fund/metf.html ) set aside for just such events. The fund contributed 31.2 millio...

...and with social cuts to be used to pay the fees... Social services are being cut in Texas, but not to accommodate the GP. The plantiffs in the lawsuit certainly would like to make it appear that way. Even if they stop the race, the 25 million won't go towards things like say, teachers salaries. ...

How about a knock-out race to go with the knock-out qualifying? Run 1/3 of the race, then eliminate the last seven finishers then run the next 1/3 and eliminate the next seven, etc.

Here is a trivia question that I don't know the answer to. During the Speed TV F1 broadcasts here in America, Steve Matchett often refers to Jarno Trulli as "the scrumptious one". Does anyone have any idea what he is talking about?
