Great to have the forum back!

Anybody who was hoping that I wouldn't be involved with this new community podcast will be pleased to know that this is indeed the case. 'Real life' is getting in the way for now.

Looking forward to smelling what brews from the rest of you.

Re: 2014 Australian Grand Prix Thread - A New Dawn?

Does anyone remember what happened at the first race of the 2010 season in Bahrain? This was the first race after the refuelling ban, and everyone thought that everybody else would run out of fuel so we saw all the teams run a conservative (and boring!) race. I have a feeling that Sunday will be sim...

Hi guys. I'm getting pumped for my trip to Melbourne for the Grand Prix and thought I'd share some images from my trip there last September. Here's the challenge... without looking up other resources, can you spot where on the circuit I took these photos from. Good luck! http://i1216.photobucket.com...

The most important technical issue in my mind is the synchronisation. If you guys are covering an overtaking manoeuvre then just being 1 second out can ...

I've done a lot of research on this area but I think that most of what I'd say has already been said. If the screen had some sort of anti-glare coating then I think you'd actually end up seeing more of the drivers than you do now, which would be cool, especially for trackside spectators.

Maybe Jaques was right...
